The veils are unfurled, and the performers effectively become human yo-yo's, by wrapping themselves in the veils and twirling down to ground level.
Later in the show the rig is changed, and the performers swing off rings.

We didn't have the slightest idea of the story, perhaps the performances represented an ascent into heaven and a decent into hell respectivley on the right and left sides of the arena.
Whilst the horror mazes tend to be the main attraction, the Circus of the Damned show is a must do, and the crowd seemed to agree.
The Arkham Ayslum maze is located in the Show Stage, it too had strong theming, particularly the passageway and room filled with poison ivy.
