The movement of the ride creates a bit of a whirlpool effect in the pond.

A fairly standard crazy bus ride, with some great looking theming.
And then it's down the slides.
What makes this interesting is that it is totally unsupervised. Guests load the boat onto rollers at the start themselves, and hit go when they are ready.

Speedy Gonzales has you riding in a dinghy down a slide, skidding to a stop on a sloped run out area, all whilst staying totally dry.
The ride is surprisingly family friendly, whilst maintaining the appearance of being a "big" ride.

The course concludes with a figure 8 turn over a lake.
More excitement comes with a series of straight dips and hills.
This then transitions into a series of banked turns and helices.
The ride begins with a few wild mouse style switchback turns.
A lift hill takes the 4 person cars to the top.
