Of course I know the brand names but all the coasters you have suggested are terrible. Every single choice. You've specifically gone and made a park with the exact sort of brand names that Anka did, and they proved the model doesn't work. They had ONE decent coaster and even that is just the wrong choice (intamin 10 inversion rev b and their only big brand name).
In fairness, Wonderland Eurasia had a few decent coasters – the Intamin 10-inversion, the Zierer ESC, and the IE Park indoor looper. The Jet Rescue clone was arguably respectable too, if it had ever opened to the public.

The Reverchon Drifting Coaster is a heap of junk. Avoid at all costs.

but don't expect money for inferior (likely) work.
So let me understand what you're saying – you think it's okay to steal something you haven't because it's "likely" to be inferior?
Wow. Just wow.

Quite a few Gerstlauer coasters have aged badly over the years.
I can't say I'm hugely surprised to hear that Abyss has suffered a similar fate.

Random question for @Noxegon but re-reading this topic, i'm wondering if you ever DID get that credit?
I did. I hated it.

I actually see it as much worse than watching a rip-off copy of a Hollywood blockbuster.
I can't imagine he's going to sell more than a few hundred copies at best; a RMC documentary is of niche interest after all. Personally I'd like to see him making a reasonable profit that he can then invest back into producing other material of interest to theme park enthusiasts.

Kind of surprised you didn't include the Bulahdelah Tornado in this poll

The only parks that we can truly say are at their best are WhiteWater World and Paradise Country. Neither of which have a long history.
For what it's worth, my favourite park in Australia is and remains Adventure World in Perth...

Such a shame they took out their wooden mouse though. That was a treasure; I honestly thought it ran better than the one in Sydney.

I will watch (not pay for though) This is how we Roll, but dont expect great things considering its Taylor from Coaster Studios and hes such a brat, and I have little confidence in his ability to properly put together a documentary. Any interviews with Shilke and Grubb im interested in listeing to though!
I'm both disconcerted and disappointed that you're openly talking about stealing other people's work.
I watched the trailer for "This is how we Roll" and preordered it for two reasons: it looks like something I will enjoy, and I want to support a project that by all accounts has been a great deal of work over an extended period.
Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised; I've been getting harsh feedback because I have the audacity to charge $0.99 for a version of Solitaire I developed for iPhone :/

I can't see an alpine coaster having the capacity that a ride at Scenic World would need. That place gets seriously busy.

Gazza is spot on. The newer lap bar Eurofighters are fine; the older ones with overhead restraints vary from "not great" to "horrid".
Separately, you do NOT want a clone of Sandy's Blasting Bronco. It's boring. What you do want is a clone of GaleForce at Playland's Castaway Cove. That ride is phenomenal.

They don't write unimportant things like the definition of a theme park v an amusement park in stone.
I feel that they should -- and I take issue with this being regarded as unimportant!

I hate to be that person, but that looks like a Gyroflyer rather than a Batflyer

As much of an eyesore as that building is, I wouldn't be mad if they gutted it, and kept it for now with the ambition of putting a dark ride in there down the track.
The track may well have been removed by then.

The design of the track certainly looks quite different to existing single rail coasters (it's just been RMC so far right?).
Not at all. I blame the marketing people for this.
Twenty years ago there was a design called the Batflyer:

I've seen older designs than that, too.

Random thoughts having read this thread:
- Buzzsaw is no great loss. It was and is a turd. I’m much more upset about the demise of Big Red Car, which made me laugh.
- Abyss is a good ride that would be better with lap bars. For atmosphere alone (if perhaps not ride selection) I regard Adventure World as one of the top parks in Australia.
- I’m not inclined to write off Dreamworld just yet. The Mack Blue Fire is a good ride and a crowd pleaser. A few more upgrades like that could turn the place around.
- They’d be mad to remove the Giant Drop. Though it’s not a record holder any more it’s nevertheless the most iconic ride they have.

To be honest if you could run Rivals without stacking, then the capacity would be plenty. That would mean opening the entrance gates as soon as the train parks like is standard around the world, and having more than 2 station staff. It would actually be fascinating to see the numbers and if an extra 2 loaders would be instantly paid for by increased ride photo/On ride video sales.
For me the ultimate insult in Warner operations was seeing Green Lantern loading efficiency and throughput quadruple after the queue had been closed for the day.
I suppose the operations are still somewhat more efficient than China....

Busch Gardens has four trains for Montu even though the ride can only run three – it's a maintenance thing.
Separately, if you want to see truly insane capacity, check out Olympia Looping on a busy day – with five seven-car trains it can handle of the order of four thousand guests per hour.- 2

I understand why parks limit fast passes on their most popular attractions, but I intensely despise when they provide x rides on x attraction. SFMM is the perfect example of this. I don't like freefall drop rides (Giant Drop, Lex Luther etc.) so I'd much rather use the fast pass on something else.
Heh, don't ever go to Universal Japan then
They sell fast passes in bundles of specific rides – between 3 and 7 of them – so if you want a pass for something popular like Flying Dinosaur you end up having to pay for a pass for something you probably wouldn't have bothered to ride otherwise.
Also, their top tier fast pass only limits a couple of the key rides to one use only.

I'm actually going to make a trip for this coaster, which will mark the first time I've been ever been compelled to travel anywhere in Australia for a ride since Wonderland closed.
Abyss is worth travelling for. Fantastic park.

That makes seven coasters for my next Australia trip.
When the world goes back to normal I'm expecting to have to travel to Sydney on business. I look forward to that :)

I've ridden the one in Texas. It is a fantastic ride but the throughput is very limited. I'd have thought something high capacity would be a better fit for Dreamworld.
Being realistic, I think a good fit for Dreamworld would be a new generation Vekoma – any of the below would work. Before anyone asks, I have ridden Lech Coaster and it's an absolute masterpiece.

Bull. A good wooden coaster doesn't need inversions.
Most of the inversions on wood coasters add nothing to the experience.

Not if it's maintained properly. I've ridden a few wooden coasters backwards, and they're fun.
I look forward to this one –– not that I needed an excuse to return to the Gold Coast parks.

If you load a Eurofighter train with adults you're going to have >600kg nine times out of ten.
If that was really a problem there'd have been accidents before now.
