Only information they have said is the ride itself was between 30 - 35 million... Does not include station, theming, paths, landscaping...

Not really sure why but was rather disappointed by this event... I love the idea of the photo area with the superheroes and really hope this is something they introduce for normal day to day use rather than blocking off the top of main street... I enjoyed watching the 1989 batmobile roll through the park and the Penguin limping around pestering people... The Poison Ivy and Riddler shows were grabbed right from the 90's which was a nice bit of nostalgia but were performed as if they hadn't been practised since the 90's... The parade lacked the storyline they said it would have... The parade from the 75th anniversary of DC was fantastic with a flowing storyline from start to finish ending in a battle between all the heroes and villains... I get this is year one for what could be the new special event for the park... I just hope if it continues they throw the same level of theme and spectacle they do for Fright Night and White Christmas...

And when you try to tell them you aren't interested they come back with... "But everyone is getting their photo taken"... And then at the end of the day they have the rope placed so you have to curve back towards the area where they try and get you to buy a photo and look puzzled when you say "I chose not to have my photo taken"...
One of the worst ideas the park has had in recent memory...

I personally think having benches in the middle of the Main Street square looks cheap and tacky they should have put garden fences up on the planters like Disney does to keep people from standing on them and put benches around it that would of fixed the problem in my opinion
Personally I think it is a great idea... Nothing worse that struggling to find somewhere to eat... Grabbed a coffee the other morning and was much more comfortable to be able to sit at a table, in Main Street and watch the big screen while waiting for them to drop the ropes... Same again at lunch... Sitting down, eating with the little one and despite the crowd there for a show we could be comfortably seated, eating without trying to balance food on our laps, and watching the show going on...

I was really hoping for a bridge attraction 😔

Looks like another piece of track was getting ready to be lifted into place on the non inverting loop about 15 mins ago... Really wish I didn't need to get home and sleep 😪

Totally understandable. If you were on the right seat, is the old BB house still visible to the north?
If DW's facebook page is to be believed... A few weeks ago someone asked about Blue Lagoon, the Ampitheatre and the Big Brother house... They replied that the external structure is still there but once it was confirmed the show was cancelled (for the second time), the production company removed the internal fittings... Basically it is now just a big shed...

Aside from that.......
I mean we talk about the limitations of having 4 seats facing backwards, is this because of any increased strain, sensations, forces etc placed on the body/coaster car or is there another reason entirely?
Limited view... Because MW only wanted the back row facing rear?

Just out of curiosity, for those of you who have actually ridden in a backwards facing RC, what differentiates the experience from riding it forwards? Higher intensity? More G forces on the body?
Different view...

By not announcing anything sooner it made people pay more attention, look further and try and find out if they missed it... They made people want to know instead of just telling them... All along I thought this was a good tactic as the saying above is one I try to live by... Sure... Mainly to stop myself spending money I shouldn't be spending but how many times has it been true?

On topic... For the last few weeks diring the drive home the West side has been slowly getting moved up and down the tower... Is it possible that work on this is the reason TOT2 is closed and issues keep moving that date around?

What are the confirmed characters being featured in the ride apart from the joker?
So obviously the Joker and Batman given the train looks a bit like the batmobile and their rivalry...

Large crane set up near the old slide tower this morning... I won't be that way again until Friday to see what is happening...

Maybe they delayed the announcement because they couldn't decide a name
Well they did say it has taken a while for the park, Warner Brothers and DC to agree on the name...

Did anyone else notice it now says opening October or did imagine that?

What if (like the Superman character) we will see the return of some previous heroes and villains? Didn't they have a whole bunch of other DC heroes and villains during the DC celebration a while back where they actually had a huge fight during the parade?
Too lazy to find the thread and my comments on it...

It has been confirmed that the track colour is "Fuschia"... Sorry but you just have trust me on this one...

Why not the helix of the new coaster?
