  2. I went last night, It was pretty busy. My first time at an australian fright night, i was impressed. Once the storm hit, main street was chaos. Everyone was looking for shelter. The Saw movie in the roxy theatre is boring. The Saw Maze is best. I recommend it out of them all. The smoke machines around the park make it look really cool, also they have a club/bar for over 18+ with a DJ. Fun Night

  3. So has anyone taken a real look at the supports and figured if this will be a standard El Loco or something extra? Besides the 4 wide and lap bar seating that is.

The supports are different to a standard sized el loco. Because of the car being 4 wide, It has a lot more supports and beams to make it wider for the car. Its just under 40 meters tall.
  4. Passed through today, Rainy weather on the Gold Coast. The wall thats been knocked down near batman is going to be a viewing area/deck. The entrance will be at the end where the bridge already is were staff vehicles can go and there is a gate. Guest will pass over that to the ride loading area. img8974ky.th.jpg img8975b.th.jpg img8977o.th.jpg

  5. I was just looking at the latest construction pics of Green Lantern Coaster and is this thing going to be friggin high or is it just my imagination? Looking at the latest MW construction pic I was thinking that the top of the ride would be where the tallest support poles are now. However, looking at a standard El Loco pic, these poles actually form the support for the track on a lower level, after its come back from its initial drop and turned a corner. If I'm right this means that the tallest poles and the full height of the ride are yet to be revealed. Am I on the right track with this?

Drove past today GoGoBoy there still adding on the final support beams for the top today i think. It already is really tall. I will try and take a pic if i pass it again.
  6. I found it on the Movieworld Facebook page, But looks good with the colours and it matches up with the jigsaw they posted on there FB page today. I heard its going to be something like 35 metres tall, not sure how accurate that is but we should see something happening soon
