  1. Nope not happing, if it was some Employee in the park, they dont know crap, these are the ones that spread the most stupid rumors about disneyland, no one working at disneyland would know about a Australian Disneyland, either way next looks to be Shanghi than who knows, i dont see us getting one anytime in the next 20 years we dont have the population, tourism that a Disneyland needs to be supported or government support (Disney will onlyfund about 35 - 40% of the project, rest usally governments or companies) considering a Disney park and infersturcture to support it, transport, hotels etc start up for an opening would cost around 1-2 billion and thats for a Hong kong Disneyland type that will still be years away from a full day park Sorry the cast member doesn't know squwat!

  2. I spent 7 Days at WDW in November, then went onto 2 12/ weeks in Cali than Vegas then NYC. 3 days isnt enough for WDW but better than nothing. Mickey's Philarmagic is the best 4d Show its amazing, if you had more time id say hire a sea raycer and cruise around Seven seas laggon and Bay lake, but you won't have time unfortunatly, i wanted to goto IOA but didnt find the time. EPOCT is fantastic, go on Sorin' unless its a long line and you've been on it at DCA, Test track is great too and you have to do spaceship earth. and watch Illuminations it Phenomonal! Do TOT its the best in Florida, and see Wishes! at Magic Kingdom its fantastic too. If youv'e been to disneyland and seen Fantasmic! you can miss it at MGM its better at DL. if you want to see pics of WDW my photo page has heaps, the albums are on the last page as they were first on the trip My Photo's Have fun and ride EVEREST! PS All keep an eye on the pics as im of to Hong Kong in July and will have pics of Ocean park and of course Hong kong Disneyland!

  3. They Should have the same Locker system Grizzly River Rapids at Disney's California Adventure Has, Lockers are free for the first hour. I you don't come back within that hour, it locks you out till you pay the appropriate fee. How easy is that, a complete no brainer and fair. Just sounds like MW wants some more money.

  4. The new rollercoasters are beyond believable, with 'splittable' trains that detach mid course, some stupid robotic arm coaster and just some really unbelievable coaster types.
That Robotic Arm Coaster is real, it's in Legoland in California and rumored for a new DCA ride based on the Incredibles.
  5. Yeah I saw it today.  It wasn't bad, I just wished it had gone longer.  One negative of the show was that it made Dreamworld look really crap and made Movieworld seem the classiest park out of our Australian Theme/Amusement parks.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

That's not a negitive. If the parks here can be shown for how crappy they are on a world scale good! migh make people realise theres better and stop going, enough to make them do somthing about it that is. An HKDL looks so beautiful except for the lack of rides. Can't wait to visit next year!
  6. I'm sure Universal and Dreamworks who made the Shrek 4D attraction would like to keep some credit for producing it and not just let Warner Bros stick their logo on it - so when visitors to the park see pre-film titles or credits for Universal and Dreamworks they may wonder what it is doing in Warner Bros. Movie World.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm sure they(universal and Dreamworks) don't care, this brings in money to them anyway and i'll bet it doesn't say WB at the start if i recall there isn't anying at the start, like a normal movie. it just delves into the movie. Bottom line is WBMW is a buisness the bottom line is to make money and this way they will make more money than makeing there own movie, and the fact that Shrek is a safe bet for money making.
  7. This Day 50 years ago The Happiest Place on Earth Was Born, So Happy Birthday Disneyland! You look better than ever! Thanks for the great times and Memories, See ya in 119 Days! And Thanks To Walt Disney For Giving Birth to The Modern Day Theme Park! and revolutionising the Industry. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! “To all who come to this happy place: Welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here, age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America, with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.” -Walt Disney July 17th 1955

  8. Bah, It's not about who's turn it is, it's about who has the better offer to disney and also i think disney know what there doing. If they decide to build in NSW or QLD or VIC ;) they will have picked the best spot for them to get the maximum potential, addmisions, and money out of the park. Also they will pick the best offer out of governments. But heck i reckon the next one will be in Shanghi. Thats what Disney is saying, but it won't be before 2010.

  10. ok let me clear up a few things... Club 33 Opened in 1955, along with the rest of the park.   It was in the same area as Walt's Apartment, as a matter of fact, they are only a few metres apart. There was an elegant living room as part of Walt's apartment, which was later converted to be a function roomcocktail reception area for Club 33 after his death. There is a lamp burnt in the window of Walt's apartment, however it was only placed there after his death.
Sorry AlexB but Wrong! Club 33 is in New Orleans Square. New Orleans Square Wasn't Even built until July 16th 1966. And Club 33 opened in May Of 1967, After Walt's Death. although it was his idea to have an exclusive dining area in the park. The Only finished Apartment Walt Disney Ever Stepped into and stayed in, is the one above the Fire Station On Main Street USA, And the lamp is in it's window and the lamp was there before his death. Also He is not Frozen he has a grave at a cemetary outside LA. And The Banquet Hall in WDW Cinderella's Castle was never planned to be part of the appartment For Walt and his Family it is a seperate part and was always planned as a Resturant close though- There is a penthouse inside Cinderella Castle that was intended to be an apartment for Walt Disney and his family when they were in Florida. After Walt Disney died in 1966, the apartment was never finished. Instead, the penthouse served as the operations area for Vista United Telecommunications (switchboard operators). It now serves as dressing rooms for the entertainers performing in the shows at the Castle Forecourt Stage. Yes Im a Geek And i guess we will not find out about any new International disney Parks till after September 12th.
