  1. Could have possibly been a mistake made when they built the slide and made that part the wrong colour?
  2. Great photos. Looks like it's coming along well.
  3. To me the actual water flow doesn't look as smooth as the flowrider. Not sure if that will affect how it feels to ride. Looking at the flowrider the water flow is flat where this looks like there are just multiple jets lined along the bottom blasting water straight up.
  4. Sydney will be better, no doubt. It's going to have slides that we don't have anywhere in Australia. And while Gold Coast will definitely pull the numbers with tourism being such a main part of their economy, Sydney is mainly targeting the people of the western suburbs who have to travel a long way to get to the beach. It's even going to pull people from up and down the coast (Newcastle/Central Coast/Wollongong) just like the Gold Coast does.
  5. So many slides! Hope there's more than one stairwell up to them.
  6. Damn, still at 3rd of May. Was hoping nearmap might have finally updated the area by now. Oh well. It's gotta happen eventually. I saw that this image was posted a few weeks ago and was hoping they might have updated by now. It's still good to be able to see the park from above and see a general layout coming together. Where the pipes are currently sitting, is that the front of the park/carpark?
  7. Anyone able to check if nearmap has updated its image of the park yet to a later date?
  8. Probably, just easy to call it a racer since: 1) We don't know its name; and 2) It resembles a racer, it just doesn't go straight down.
  9. I like how the racer combines 3 different elements: part twister (just like the one from the gold coast), part BRO (white water world, spiral part), then what looks will just be a long downhill to the bottom.
  10. I like the different colours being used, and its a nice change having hills and twists at the start compared to the others where the hills are at the bottom. Always good to see some change instead of the same thing.
  11. It doesn't even have to be a watermark, it can just be like what most other people do where they put it in the corner of the photo.
  12. Don't think that has been posted here, but it has been on the Wet n Wild Sydney website for some time now.
