  1. No Zagan, you're the one who's incorrect.  The Stingray was originally where the Wipeout was and it was themed to a roulette wheel.  Richard is right.  Dreamworld hasn't had a 'teacup spinning' ride.  I personally preferred the ride when it was themed to the roulette wheel.  I don't know why, it just more appealing to me I guess.
Totally agree Andrew, that is the best looking Trabant theme I have seen, very clever, shame its such a terrible thing to ride!
  2. Ok, heres the list for the 2005 lineup of the EKKA for 2005. No Rainbow once again..... things won't change I think. We can pretty much see this lineup and similar ones for more years to come. Thrill Rides: Breakdance Slingshot Chaos Supa Sizzler Energy Storm NEW The Claw Hard Rock NEW The Hangover Hurricane Thunderbolt Kamikaze Twin Flip NEW Mega Drop Zipper Scorpion Family Favourites: Ali Baba Ferrari 500 Racers Alien Fighter Roller Ghoster Alpine Express Sea Xplorer Bungy Trampolines Skymaster Ferris Wheel Chair Lift Starship 2000 Circus Circus Techno Jump Cliff Hanger The Haunted Mansion Crazy Spinning Coaster Venturer V-14 Dodgems Wave Swinger Dissapointing....

  3. But in all honesty, the park needs rides that will appeal to teens, its just like going to a carnival, and there are no upside down rides. The Zipper is a fantastic thrill ride, takes up a small footprint, and attracts teens and older people! It is a ride that would do fantastic, just like it did many years ago in the early 90's at the park

  4. Well I can see that you are in Sydney, so if you head on down to HOBBYCO. in Pitt Street mall, they have a wide selection of FALLER ride models. They range in prices from about $100-$400, really does depend on what you want though. Chris

  5. The Street Fighter would be very efficient for LPM, I definetly would not go for the Park model. Interesting to see how you sent them your plan, I doubt you will expect much from them, they might think you are interested in buying, haha

  6. After it had the accident at the 2003 royal show, Wittingslow took it back down to Rye with them to keep it in storage, the last time I saw it was at the 2003/2004 Rye Beach Summer Carnival, which Wittingslow run, heres a photo. Theres no real news as to where it is, other than still with Wittingslow down at Rye. Chris
