When you exit the tunnel you pass through a refreshing waterfall.
Unlike many water parks, Aquatica has opted to densley landscape the area under the slides, rather than just laying gravel or grass.
This is perhaps the more family friendly out of the two raft slides.
Walhalla wave starts off as an open air slide before heading into a dark enclosed finale.
No braking strips on Hooroo Run...The raft speeds out of control down the drops.
The attraction follows a the pretty typical pairing seen in family raft slides, with Walhalla Wave following a twisting course, and Hooroo Run plunging straight down 3 dips.
A conveyor belt conveniently takes rafts to the top. Not that it would be viable for guests to carry such a heavy thing anyway!
Hooroo Run and Walhalla Wave are a pair of family raft slides.
Omaka Rocka finshes in these runout troughs. The oddly shaped rafts have an extra bugle behind where your head is to prevent any bumps to your head when passing through the funnels.
Whilst Omaka Rocka resembles a minature version of Proslides famous "Tornado" slide, the sensation is far more muted. The addition of 'speed humps' in the slides slow rafts to such a point that they don't even run up the walls of each funnel.
The Omaka Rocka slides pass over the top, and are enclosed, with odd funnel shaped sections that rock and turn your raft slightly as you pass through.
