Casey said they were slowly moving it around on Tuesday... it wasn't a cycle. However if someone has gone today for a look they could tell you, tomorrow I am going so I'll let you know if I see it going.

When I was there on Monday they weren't finished. The painters last day was yesterday so he probably finished them yesterday unless they aren't going to paint them at all... Unless someone is going today and can let us know. I am going tomorrow however so will let you know.

Oh well if it doesn't open Friday or Saturday it is better than not having it up to scratch and fully tested and fully done.

I spoke to the engineers working on it on Monday that they are trying to have it open Friday, if not Saturday. Dreamworld also told me through Facebook the same thing before that so they are saying different things, not surprising as they have a lot of different people running the Facebook page. The painters last day was today he said it was just final touches and testing to do, they were installing the motors and all the technical stuff then and they were testing yesterday.

Good to hear I'm praying it opens on Friday because I fly back to Newcastle on Saturday haha

Thats strange, when I went yesterday one worker told me Friday or Saturday. He said everything has been pretty much done just final touches and testing.

No sorry, left about an hour ago. Will be back on Friday or Saturday when it opens back up

Was just at Dreamworld and visiting the Wipeout site, they had at least 15 workers working on it, they were ontop of the ride installing the motors and gearboxes and they had casings for them near the fence, they were starting to get ready to lay down the last piece of concrete for the path, was speaking to the painter and he said he finishes up Wednesday and they hope to have it going by Friday/Saturday.

What day do you guys reckon Wipeout will open back up? I've just arrived here in Queensland from Newcastle and I'm waiting for it to open back up until I go to Dreamworld, but by the looks of it, it looks like probably early next week

Found this photo on facebook today of Wipeout that was taken today. It looks nearly done

Just wondering if anyone went to Screamworld tonight if they saw how much more closer Wipeout is to being completed? I'm flying up tomorrow and plan to go to Dreamworld next week so I'm hoping it will be up and running by then Or if anyone is going this weekend if they could quickly fill us in on how it's coming along that would be great with a picture or whatever, thank you

Yep can agree with that. They would probably be testing it before just incase they need to get down there to the electronics under the gondola.

Those surfboards look great, and Dreamworld posted this photo on Facebook. I also asked them if Wipeout will be open for Screamworld, they said unfortunately it wont be, however it is scheduled to launch just after Screamworld. I have a feeling Monday the 7th will be the day. Doesn't look like there is much to do now and it looks amazing, such a great transformation.
