  1. Is there even such thing as RMC hybrid outside of the US?

Mystery mine was OK. You can see the difference between it and the newer ones.

Sort of felt like they were trying to still be a bit wild mouse ish with some of the stuff they duid on that one, with the newer eurofighters being more like a regular looping coaster.

Gold Rush at Slagharen looks interesting, but at the same time, and would be good for the park, but it's still no Hyper, so whatever they do has to kind of capture the imagination of the public.

I think AlexBs suggestion of an RMC is best, and one of the few things that would come close to a hyper.

Why would they build another buzzsaw?

  2. Probably! dreamworld truly shows no initiative with attractions these days! It's partly the reason I don't go there anymore - last time I went was when I won the buzz saw comp to be the first to ride/sleep in dreamworld the night and I've had no interest to go back purely because everything is so old and dated. There is nothing worth going back over and over for me.

Judging by the response from the general public with DC Rivals, it's pretty clear Australia wants more high end roller coasters, and I doubt DW will build one for many years, which answers your question.. yes it will further destroy dreamworlds legacy.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned.. In a video posted in the GC Bulletin article about the new coaster, a workman said it would pull 4.3G's. So that's 0.1 more G's than superman :)

    Article - http://www.goldcoastbulletin.com.au/entertainment/movie-world-reveals-new-longest-tallest-and-fastest-hypercoaster-in-southern-hemisphere/news-story/1eb33f0f2890ab0402e8d246140dd957

Wow pulls more Gs than x2? Wasn't expecting that!
