When I went to the park yesterday at about 2pm to take some photos of the coaster, the main carpark was full, but there was still plenty of room on the grass area.

Cheers @jack.c for the photo. Any chance for a wider shot, or are they the only two pieces in position?

I stole the photo from instagram. Sorry to disappoint! There is however footage on TPSN if you want to check it out.

I'm at the fence now - a support very similar to the ones in the zero G roll is now up. Where it is placed, I can't imagine this being for a loop as there is limited room to turn away after. There are 2 support areas now at the front - a smaller group near the turnaround, and the larger ones right alongside the driveway arch. Pics when I get home from my SLR, here's a few from my fruit phone:

Wow! It's HUGE already! Defiantly looks to be the G roll

It was removed because of the stress on trains, not on riders. You really think it would have made it that far through the design/construction process if it was deadly?

Just looking at these track pieces and discussion in here, seems like a lot of them are curving inwards with a lot of talk of inversions/intense elements for my liking. Hopefully some airtime pieces arrive soon.

My guess for the really twisted one is for the start of the first drop. Not really heartlined enough for what you'd expect from a high speed twist, unless Mack are flashing a big middle finger to Intamin and are having their own go at the scrapped roll from Maverick.

You really think that they were gonna say they removed it because it could potentionally have harmed guest? LOOK up footage of the testing and tell me that seemed perfectly safe!

So a world first with green lantern wasn't good enough for it to be a "decent" coaster?

I'm sure you'll find something to complain about with the new one too.

I mean if you are happy settling with mediocre roller coasters then cool! I'm not - I'll encourage and support our theme parks to build bigger and better always. Green lantern doesn't exactly go very high in the ranks of the best coasters in the world at all. It's a fun and cute coaster but meh.

According to this post on Facebook by TPSN, supports have been installed.

I'm not sure where though. I was there a couple of hours ago and didn't see any above ground construction.

Hmm, when I go to their page that status isn't to be found. They must have hidden it from public as it's false information?
