When filing trademarks, they’re not just done in regards to specific, intentional items, they’re done based upon broader categories (or, in that case, ‘classes’). Further text is just listing examples of things that’d fall under the given category, for clarity’s sake. Same reason they’re both covered for a class that predominantly mentions educational materials, sports, and video games, as that’s the class which amusement park services fall under.
OMG, you should do some research before you try and school somebody. You are charged per item you wish to trademark, so nobody is picking everything within a class.
Select the items that apply to your business
Once you've chosen the class for your trade mark, you still have to select the appropriate items within that class. Classes are broad, so you must further specify the items in that class you wish to protect. Then your application will only apply to those items.
Example
You produce acrylic false nails. You use the pick list and find out that you should choose Class 3 to protect your brand. You tick the item acrylic false nails. But there are dozens of other items in Class 3 including aerosol hairspray and carpet shampoos. Don’t tick those items. You're specifically choosing to apply your trade mark to Class 3 acrylic false nails, not all of the others.
(from trademark Australia application form help files)
Example:
SKY VOYAGER
Class 25:
Apparel (clothing, footwear, headgear); Clothing; Baseball caps; Sports caps; Caps being headwear; Polo shirts; Printed t-shirts; Sports shirts; T-shirts
FLIGHT OF THE WICKED WITCH
Class 25:
Clothing, footwear, and headgear for men, women and children - namely, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jogging suits, trousers, pants, shorts, tank tops, rainwear, cloth baby bibs, plastic bibs, skirts, blouses, dresses, suspenders, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, coats, raincoats, snow suits, ties, robes, hats, caps, sun visors, belts, scarves, sleepwear, pajamas, lingerie, underwear, boots, shoes, sneakers, sandals, socks, booties, slipper socks; swimwear; masquerade and Halloween costumes; paper hats
(side note, People also use trade marks to stop people from hurting their brand. Example: Turner Entertainment Co. may have no intention to sell Wicked Witch lingerie but they also don't want other companies selling it).

You heard it here first. MW getting slot machines. Credit to @Baconjack 😂

Presumably the is for MW too.

Looks like you have posted old drawings. From the top of my head, I see no new coasters or wave pool. Looks like Pico Play promoting themselves post, nothing more.
-
Do you think Mine Blower is for the men who sit up the back of coasters or the ladies, who like to sit up the front? /s

The first show I ever experienced in that area was a diving show. It was the history of the divers equipment, from the original bell type helmets to modern breathing mask. The show was preformed underwater.

Dreamworld Locals Annual passes at $50 after promo code are now sold out/allocation exhasted.
I wonder how the Government came up with how many each business got. A bit of an on the hop poorly thought out idea, that would have seen some people get nothing and other people hitting the jackpot. The way the QLD Gov handled the Covid vouchers makes this attempt almost laughable.

For some reason I always thought the mouse was in a different location. Just shows what beers do to you. (creates better memories 😔)

My wife showed me the post on her facebook that she thought I might be interested in and I thought I would share here. The photo was posted by Vintage Queensland. I don't know if this photo has been posted here before but if hasn't, enjoy.
I believe the consensus is, the photo was from around 82-83 but I was too young to remember SW like this.
I remember SW having bumper boats but not much more. Does anybody else have photos from around that time?

@makourget q DW pass. $50.00 to ride ST and the new jungle coaster, is a very good deal.

I eventually managed to secure one after about two hours. Server crashed, and when it reconnected I got through.
Got the Locals Lite, is there anyway to add your photo etc in the app, or will I have to do it when I get to the park?
I recently got my photo added to the app and I did it at the front gate. Took about 3mins.

I think it’s a bit different. Leviathan’s needs are very different to anything else Village has so they’ll stagger it out throughout the year to look after the wood throughout the year as opposed to 2 months in a nondescript off peak period.
Also Sea World’s rides are much younger on average than Movie World. Most of the rides going down for 2 months are old (or getting repainted in the case of Rivals)
Storm Coaster & Jet Rescue younger? It's clear as day, what MW is up to.

2024: reopening of the billabong restaurant
2025-2027: new Steamboat ride, considering Rivertown is making a comeback, and maybe a motor coaster re theme.2028-2030: Re Develop Blue Lagoon. It would be great to have this classic area back would it not be?
2030-2032: New Rollercoaster in the old Thunderbolt area.
wish-list that will never happen but I’m saying it anyway.
remake Eureka Mountain Mine Ride:
remake Wiggles World:
bring back Buzzsaw, maybe under a new name:
bring back Tower Of Terror:
bring back wipeout:
Bring back the bush ranger show:
You are living in the past.

That is a relief and nothing short of a miracle with all the fell trees in the area.
I don't think they would tell you if animals were killed.

All the little moments is what creates a better ride for me. I like the fact, I can't see where I'm going because that creates another little moment, an element of surprise. I would like to hear what makes sitting up the front better.
-
-
There are multiple airtime moments, plus the back-seat turns the mid brake run into a ejector element as it drops in that you don't get up the front.
-
I agree, I hate seeing empty gimmick seats, when you know that's the location of the train to be.

Rivals gets a big fat zero for theming.

It wasn't too bad at Wet n Wild. It was just closed for half the year because the whole park was pretty much dead... although having water blasting at it constantly in its earlier years probably didn't help it too much. The SurfRider models in general don't seem to have many reliability issues, and anything's better than Doomsday.
I must have been unlucky because most times I went, it was closed.
You can't even call Doomsday a ride anymore. The swing at the local park is a better ride.
