Its not getting built at the Dracuals Theatre. Its the Store in Surfers Paradide. The crappy little train in the castle still remains there...and they film you when u go in it, and reply people getting scared....so funny...

On Gold Coast news tonight there was a interview with Dracula's owner John Newman saying how the Dracula's store in Surfers Paradise has closed and relocated while it undergoes major construction. It showed some artwork of the new Haunted House, with a similar entrance to Luna Park mouth but a Vampire and will consist of a Haunted Ghost train/coaster ride inside. It apprently will be made over 4 levels and will have state of the art effects, illusions, and everything to scare everyone. Its not for the the faint hearted and not for young familys John mentioned. Its expected to open this time next year he said. All being made and produced in Queensland. they took 3 years to source and design the ride.

That sucks about the second peice. Movieworld would be furious this has happened. is there a space shot going up in mexico at the moment?

Seaworld i think is because of the high winds and council rules. Movieworld im guessing local residents, im not too sure. I have just heard from a number of people.

Wild West wont open due to safety reason, I found out at Rock my world from security.

I always thought and had heard about the Height limit on rides being built at Seaworld was set to a standard height, obviously something has changed and has been given the OK to be constructed. The same with Movieworld, there is a hight limit.

A question. It may be obvious and someone may have asked this already. But will there be a cover on outdoor parts of the rocketslide? like a net for safety? all other rocketslides i have seen have this.

20m's higher. Superman is 40m. Batwing is 60m.

I have my thoughts that the net around the tower near Cyclone is for safety. The Cyclone track is so close, while people are lining up people could throw or drop things onto the track creating an injury. I think its for health and Safety. I dont think the other towers will be getting them. I could be wrong. what do all you others think?

Got some interesting news people The new Seaworld Attraction is the Ferris wheel aka 'Seaworld Eye' as we all know. Here is some info about it. Its Coming from Birmingham England and will be arriving on Australia shores anytime next week. It was know as the Birmingham Eye and has been running for 3 years there. Its Owned by the World Tourist Attractions Ltd.
