  1. I've ben on the demon before as well. We were half way up the first lift hill when the car just let go early. We stopped in the middle of the boomerang and had to wait a while until the unlocked us and we had to get off whilst the train was still there! I don't know how they got it out.
  2. If your interested I have pics posted on RCDB heres the link to the wonderland area http://www.rcdb.com/locationdetail407.htm?unit=1 Hope that u like em
  3. I dunno if this is it but the very first time I went to Wonderland the Double Screamer from Wet 'n' Wild used to be there in the goldrush area where the remote controlled boats r now
  4. I remember that ad I have it on tape somewhere. Wonderland and I share a very similar date.... our birthdays!!!! It's not the official opening but i was talking to one of the ceo's when i had my tenth birthday there and he mentioned that it was the same day as wonderland's tenth.
  5. The other Wonderland song that was put on TV ads is Never Had So Much Fun by Frenzal Rhomb but the lyrics have been changed for the ad. From drugs to wonderland
  6. When we went to Euro Disney we were supposed to go to parc Asterix instead but it was closed So we got into Disneyland for free cause the travel agency were such retards. I really wanted to go to parc Asterix. I think it's goudrix's run? The big white steel coster that looked awesome
  7. I've been to Euro Disney. It wasn't bad but it's aimed at a very young crowd. Space mountain was awesome. 3 loops all indoors with an awesome light show. You start the ride by being shot out of this hugh cannon. The Indiana coaster was cool as well. all backwards with a largish loop. The mine train was also pretty good.
  8. Hello from burning Canberra. Just thought i'd mention this but last nite Corin Forest burnt down in the fires. (we're still on high alert here in the south) It was one hell of a fire! They aren't expecting to reopen until easter. The good luck is that they recieved insurance just 12 hours before it happened.
  9. Yeah it's a great ride and they get snow in winter up there as well (No skiing though) theres also this hugh flying fox which i think is 120+m down the hill
  10. Richard have you ever planned tome down to Canberra's Corin Forrest? You seem to like Toboggans so much well we have THE LONGEST in the southern hemisphere down here thats well worth the ride
  11. Heres hoping!!!!! It would be really good if they did. Muka and I did see people wandering around the park pointing at blank spaces. It also looks as if there is a space being cleared out behind the River Rampage area.
  12. Me and Muke spent today wandering around wonderland. After about 1pm when all of the school kids left the park was practically empty. There were 3 of us on the Bush Beast at one stage!!! You didn't have to get off anything if you didn't want to because their were no lines. But the strange thing was there is a section of bush land that is slowly being cleared up behind the river rampage. We also saw 3 people walking around the Bush Beast pointing and taking notes. 2 of these people were guests. The park has relocated most of the little wonders rides but the beastie still stands. Most of the rides have also been cleaned and repainted. Can anyone elaborate on any of this? Hey Wonderland Op's did we happen to run into you at all today I wonder????
  13. Richard, I hated that scenario!!!!! I ended up leveling off all of the land except the land around the default coaster. All of my thunderbolt rollercoasters never look right but i'm done the Lethal Weapon, Cyclone, Corkscrew and the TOT (Which isn't hard)
  14. Well in the same article it mentioned that they were beginning to integrate the cartoon network characters so maybe they are going towards cartoon network.
  15. This was posted on the Wonderland website. Maybe it's a hint at what's to come: This decision makes way for a variety of new opportunities; we are discussing long term relationships with some of the worlds biggest brands to be fully integrated into the parks landscape, as was once Hanna Barbera. Can't wait to find out
  16. Did they say anything about repairing or fixing any of the coaster?
  17. I was the person who saw the supports and i saw it about 2 hours south of Port Macquarie so abput 2 hours north of Newcastle.
