i think these plans r still real, but due to the finical crisis a couple of years ago the plans were put on hold. they need to do something soon to compete with wet n wild

they should at least upgrade the stairs and the positioning sign.

I just saw the advert showing a preview of the ride and this is what is shown. They show the boat going down the first small drop and it turning. They then show the first part of the inside of the ride (river part), where there are a number of fire effects (I know it's only a animated video but the detail does look good). Then there is the final track part where the splash down is. Here there are also fire and water effects.

There is a bushfire occurring at the moment just behind the Big Brother House. Dreamworld has been evacuated as thick smoke is travelling through the park.

We know that storm coaster is coming to sea world and the new indigenous and tiger experiences are coming to Dreamworld. But on 22 November movie world have got a new show. It combines the stunt drivers and motor cross riders to create 'overdrive'.

It's for the theme park capital campaign. They will also be going to wet n wild and dreamworld

It's good to finally see what I would class as a super coaster. The only real other super coaster that I am aware of in Australia is Superman Escape. These coasters are ones, which i see are as a high of standard as the coasters in america, europe, etc. I know they are not as good as some of the ones in other countries, but for Australian standards this is high. AW have done a great job.

Has anyone got any recent images of how the construction of the coaster?

Also, did people think that it was the best one yet or not?

I am sure people will, but people who are going to AW's Fright Night could they give their opinion on the ride.

Is anyone aware of the ride stats for the storm coaster. I know Sea World haven't realised them, but I didn't know if anyone had some inside information.

I didn't mean it like that, I was just stating if you want see the latest pics see my post. It would be good if you could take some pics as it isn't long now before it opens.

The photos I posted were more up to date than the parkz update.

I'm not saying it had bad theming. It had great theming, probably the best theming for a ride in Australia, but from the outside the storm looks better. That's just my view. The animatronics on the inside of Bermuda were great, making the ride even better. We will just have to wait and see.

I think this could be better than Sea Vip, but we will have to see if its better than Jet rescue, because I think that that is there best ride. If they said best water coaster, than I would have believed it. I think the ride will be better than the Bermuda Triangle. It seems like it will have better theming and ride experience. I did love the Bermuda Triangle, but this seems to have this little bit extra. We will just have to wait and see.
