I would have assumed they'd bring back the dodgems as soon as IT is done with?
They haven’t had the dodgems for a few years now.

Yeah I noticed the new awning when I was land there, I thought a picture had already been posted of it, hence why I didn't take a pic.

You know, I know Christmas is only about a month away, but I'm trying not to think about it. I don't know about anyone else, but I've got a ton to do before Christmas. Bloody hell it'll be 2023 before we know it.

I know they use that building for Fright maze, but I wish they could demolish it or do something with it. Because apart from them using it for fright nights it just sits there.

Great minds think alike.

I don't know why but looking at the facial expression of the statue from that angle, its look scared, horrified or even makes it look like a women.

I'm not going to edit your quote, as it is against the rules, but if I may paraphrase your reply below:
simple hold on tight, I've been on some river rapids rides, and I've never fallen out. I game enough to put money on the fact that he responsible. Thousands of people would ride those rapids every year. If it were a design issue one would expect people to fall out of Thunder River Rapids more often. Not just now.
Nobody realises an issue until an issue occurs. I'm not saying you're wrong about it being rider error, i'm just saying that your line of thinking "i've never fallen out so it must be his fault" is flawed - you could just be really lucky.
With that said, I feel as though these guys may have been goofing around.
Hmm, good point. Agreed, some problems aren't known till something happens.

If the manufacturer had to redesign the very funnels that caused this injury because people were getting injured, I’d say pretty easily.
But they were redesigned, and simple hold on tight, I've been on some rough waterslides, and I've never fallen out. I game enough to put money on the fact that he responsible. Thousands of people would ride that slide every year. If it were a design issue one would expect people to fall out of a tube on triple vortex more often. Not just now.

Just think it only took him a year to file this, OMFG, DW is becoming a regular in the news and half of the incidents are the persons fault.
How do you fall out of a tube, I've been on a heap of waterslides and haven't fallen out of a tube, but if I did I would take responsibility for my actions, because I wouldn't have been holding on, if I was holding on I wouldn't have fallen out.

Gotta say the netting doesn't look too bad, I don't mind it.

@Chalky, it’s certainly a possibility. But as @Ashley Jeffery said “no one really knows”.
I’d say ABC kids world is definitely in need of a renovation before dreamworks. -
The theming in the queue looks good, pity about that blue shelter thing, I find it really sticks out. Doesn't blend in.
-
Not that the yellow doesn't look good, but I preferred the words in the grey colour.

We all know that I don't like that statue, however, the lighting on it looks good.

Well, that was before I started coming here.

The UFO looks cool.
I trust it was probably removed for giant drop.

Nothing related to the topic, but I just had to mention to it. @New display name, (or should I say Skeeta, prefer that name but whatever) love the new profile pic. You have good taste.

So what you're saying is they did an amazing job. Cool
Not quite, I was just explaining why I thought they were steel.
But yes, the area is looking good, can't wait to see it in real life.

I know I won't get to White Christmas this year, but I look forward to seeing those floats in pictures and one day in person.

Like all developments outside those expected based on surroundings (ie - a house being built in a residential neighbourhood), opportunity should be given for impacted parties to comment on the proposal.
I feel as though this latest proposal has taken into account several of the previous proposal's flaws - including being so tall so close to the highway. By placing it closer to the park the setback permits the height so its unlikely the council is going to have an issue with it (or at least, as much of an issue).
True, I just think people complain about nothing.
And is that what happened to old hotel plan? Never knew, thanks.

Did you know the batman statue on top of the DC store isn't made out of real batman?
Seriously?
To me they looked like they were made of steel, but turns out weren't.
But to answer your question, yes, I did know batman wasn't real.

I thought the statues were made of steel, are they just fibreglass?

The station area looks great, I hope the rest of the queue will look just as good.

I was in contact with the park to ask about the dodgems, and if they’ll return, I was told they’ve been retired, so it’s not because of the IT maze. It’s because they retired them.
