  1. Just found this on Spiked Humour. Very Funny!!!! Anyone who has purchased a Roller Coaster Tycoon game has made a demoniacally evil or outright broken roller coaster on purpose before, just to see dozens of carnival casualties, but this video has to be the one that defines them all. Watch as an amusement park is constructed of only one small walkway that methodically aligns itself with the dead end of the uncompleted roller coaster killing machine. http://www.spikedhumor.com/articles/71778/..._Slaughter.html Cheesy
  2. My Educated Guess would be if you use a mechanical device that actually pulls something down faster then the speed of gravity, this could actually work.
  3. I have had a few people ask for the file to download it to their own PC. So here it is It's still out of sync though http://rapidshare.com/files/6454322/www2.avi WARNING, It is a 72MB file. and here is the YOU TUBE link again
  4. After 4 hours of editing, converting files and uploading I think I have finally done it. Here is the entire Sunrise clips from WWW with Grant Denyer which aired on the 6-12-06. This is my first time converting TV onto the PC, and my first time using You Tube. Hope it works! P.S. I know it's a bit out of sync but it's the best I can do at the moment. At least it gives you some great vid's of the slides. Can't Wait to go!!!!
  5. I taped it all this morning. Will be uploaded hopefully by tonight and will post the link.
  6. Thanks for the pics. It's looking fantastic. On another note, I noticed on the WWW website today that they have changed the height limits for some of the rides. The BRO, Hypercoaster, Temple Of Huey and Pipeline Plunge last week had height restrictions starting at 110cm, and now they have reduced it to 100cm. Not that I'm complaining cause now I can take my daughter on alot more slides when I go up in March next year. Anyone know the reason for the height change?
  7. Sick of waiting in line to go on your favourite Roller Coasters?? Why not build your own!!! Build Your Own Roller Coaster Video My apologies in advance if this has been posted before
  8. The price for the General admission to Dreamworld increases December 1st so the world pass will probably be a little cheaper than purchasing the 2 seperate tickets after the price rise as the General admission tickets only last until end of November, World Pass tickets and gift certificates are valid for use from 08 December 2006. Prices for Dreamworld valid until 30 November 2006. Prices for World Pass valid until 30 November 2007.
  9. Has anyone seen or heard any more on this "attraction" arriving in "December"? or is it now a no go?
  10. As a once every couple of years traveller, I have to say what I am dissapointed in is they don't have a 14 day pass like WVTP. It's good to go out in the morning sight seeing etc and if you have a couple of hours spare in the afternoon to duck into a park for some fun and not be restricted to a whole day. When I took my kids a couple of years ago it was great to be able to stop off at WNW for a few hours in the afternoon for a swim or some rides at MW but you are definitely alot more limited in what you can do with the ticketing system for DW compared to WVTP.
  11. Have you ever increased the speed of the Spaceshot on RCT and watched it fly off the top of the ride crashing to the ground? Has anyone heard of this ever happening in real life?
  12. It actually works out to $4 more for a ticket to WWW than WNW. (if you work it out to be one day at Dreamworld and then the other at WWW) Seems a bit odd to me, and not very competitive.
  13. This will be a FANTASTIC addition to the park and the perfect park to place it in. I can't wait to go on another Aussie first when I go to QLD in March next year. It will certainly keep up with the family market which they seem to be targeting at Sea World.
  14. HERE ARE THE DREAMWORLD 2 DAY WORLD PASS PRICES!!!! I was looking through my RAA (Automobile Association) magazine a minute ago and came along an article on the prices of the "Dreamworld World 2 Day Pass" 1 Adult Retail $106.00 Discount $95.50 1 Child Retail $70.00 Discount $63.00 1 Concession Retail $70.00 Discount $63.00 Family 2 Adults & 2 Children Retail $317.00 Discount $285.00 See attached scanned article below.
  15. I was looking on the Movieworld site tonight and it doesn't mention anywhere in the conditions that you now have to visit all 3 parks before being able to use the unlimited pass. Below is what it says on the site for when purchasing the super pass. FROM MOVIEWORLD WEBSITE Super Pass YOUR ULTIMATE THEME PARK PASS! The Super Pass gives you unlimited entry for 14 days to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World all year round. Visit any park, any day as many times as you like for 14 days. Ticket valid for 14 days from first park visit. Photo ID required on entry on each visit. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once first entry has been used. Also I see nothing in the terms and conditions that suggest that you need to visit all 3 parks before you can return to any. Below is another screen grab that I have found on Flybuys, for if you want to use your flybuys points to purchase a Super Pass. FROM FLYBUYS WEBSITE Imagine getting UNLIMITED entry to the Gold Coast's Greatest Theme Parks for up to 14 days... you can with the Unlimited 3 Park Super Pass now offering unlimited entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World for up to 14 days! The Unlimited 3 Park Super Pass is your ticket to the best and most exciting entertainment, rides, shows and attractions at the Gold Coast’'s Greatest Theme Parks. Visit ANY PARK, ANY DAY in ANY ORDER for up to 14 days. For Example: should you choose to visit Warner Bros Movie World for 14 consecutive days... you can! The 14 day period commences from the first entry to the first park. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once first entry has been used. Some seasonal entry conditions apply. I do remember years ago having to visit all 3 parks before returning but maybe now they have already removed that policy.
