  1. Just to add to my question, is there any scheduled maintenance to Superman in coming months?
  2. You're right, it would be great from a marketing perspective, and if they installed one I certainly wouldn't be complaining, but at the moment X is simply causing more trouble than good. High maintenance costs, extremely long wait times due to only running one train, and frequent closings are not really a good thing for a theme park. Maybe in a few years when they figure all the 'quirks' out and get X running smoothly other parks around the world will decide to invest in more 4D coasters. Until then, I wouldn't get to excited about seeing a new 4D coaster in Australia.
  3. I dont think we'll be seing a 4D coaster anytime soon.
  4. If we're suggesting what we'd like to see I would love a B&M flyer like Tatsu. I think that would attract great interest from the GP because, well, it's never been done before in this country. I mean, most people probably haven't even heard of a flying coaster.

    RCT2 Team Park

Is it possible to open the park in RCT3??? If so how. Thanks
  6. In terms of park quality sure Movie World kills dreamworld, but they are two different parks. Movie World; being built on a movie studio obviously has a theme of movies. The have great shows as well as a great range of rides, and lots of entertainment for families. dreamworld, while also catering for families, tend to focus more on thrill rides. It really depends on where the individual would prefer to go. They are both great parks offfering different things.
  7. He was trying to make the point that a new B&M inverter at dreamworld would obviously be better than lethal weapon because it would be newer, but it wouldnt really be 'putting it to shame' so to speak because everyone expects it to be better as it is a new ride. Anyway, the point is if dreamworld is going to keep up with movie world they need to invest in a new coaster,
  8. I agree. The Theme Park Master posted a reply to the original post only about 15 minutes after it well...was posted. Also 'The Theme Park Master' joined the website only 9 days after Kyle. They both have a similar amount of posts, (takes breath) AND they both are most active in the Dreamworld forums.
  9. Superman Escape and ToT are both built by the same company: Intamin AG. I dont think they are really similar; SE is a Hydraulic launch accelerator and ToT is an LSM launched shuttle. In fact, they arent similar at all. They are two completely different rides. (Unless you are talking about Superman the Escape at SFMM which is still built by the same company).
  10. What a professional logo for a theme park. It must of cost them a fortune, It really makes you wanna go there.
  11. isnt dreamworld due for a new coaster?? its prety pathetic only having one real thrill coaster (cyclone; not inlcuding reptar and eureka because they arent really thrill rides, and ToT is hardly a roller coaster). i know its not fair to compare it to SFMM but they have 16. even though america has a larger population and more people would be coming through the doors again dreamworld have 1!!!! ONE!!! UNO!! EINS!! AND its second hand. they really should consider buying a new looping roller coaster. especially beacause movie world has just opened a new kick ass intamin. shouldnt australias 'premer thrill park' be investing in more 'premier thrill rides'? PLEASE DREAMWORLD GET A NEW ROLLER COASTER!!! PLEEEEEASE!
  12. How the hell did u go 2 the toilet???
  13. You where in it? Wow, that would have been cool! What were the rules???? And how did you get your food?
  14. I know this has probably been asked 1000 times before, so i apologise in advance. When would be the best time to visit movie world. I want to go at a time where the wait for superman would be five minutes or less. Any particular month, or week of the month where Movie World is dead? Thanks.
  15. Because then Cedar Point has one more coaster than them and that is a potential loss of business.
  16. I did an almost identical trip to yours 2 weeks ago. We stayed at the Sheraton Anaheim which was full of Australian tourists taking advantage of Qantas' Disneyland 50th anniversary package. Visited Disneyland, California adventure, Sea world San Diego, San Diego zoo, Universal studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain. the Disney parks were very busy and the lines averaged about an hour and a half. Universal studios was not very busy and lines were about 20 minutes max. Six Flags Magic Mountain was basically deserted and I could just walk straight onto any ride. Winter is in my opinion the best time to go because the weather is nice (about 15-25 degrees) and isn't as busy as in summer.
  17. Goliath rough????? I've never been on Millenium Force but I dont think it's fair to say goliath is rough.
