The thing is @Richardyou don't do funny well. 😊 I'm trying to recall when you’ve added humour to a Parkz News Story and I can’t. Joz talks and it’s hahahahaha it’s Joz here so it must be a funny joke. Richard talks, and I sit up, pull out my dictionary and calculator. You can’t put it on the reader to decided if you’re joking or not. I’ve read it over and over and over and I can’t find where you point out you're joking. Small subtly jokes are useless unless you tell us you're joking.

Mystery Future Dreamworld Attraction
New display name replied to Jamberoo Fan's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Latest update: ii) Australian Theme Parks The key focus is on driving attendance back to historic levels through a combinationof “smart” capital investment, an event pipeline, developing new and unique attractions and food, retail and events products all of which provide opportunities to promote and target revisitation. Investments will be targeted to drive visitation and will be economically responsible. This includes plans to install major new attractions at Dreamworld and SkyPoint in FY19 to increase visitations to the Theme Parks and drive average spending. The excess land that sits around the Dreamworld site is potentially of value. The park occupies just over 50% of the land that is owned and a process of determining the best use of this land is in progress. This may include a build out of tourist related adjacencies around the park itself. The plan may also involve anelement of other commercial and residential uses. -
Free hot tip from my fountain of knowledge😊. A Parkz member will post within microseconds of any new news.

"The infamous Bushrangers are set to wreak havoc on the Dreamworld Express once again – bringing back an iconic Dreamworld experience for school holidays". Suggest you only have 2 weeks to see it but with the positive Facebook reaction DW need to run the show for a good 6 months to see if it's worth keeping it. -

HahAha @GazzaTell Village that. MW & SW have taken the fun out of all shows. HWSD2 = Not fun. Jet Stunt Show = Not Fun. Seal Guardian = Not Fun. I would say edumacationa is village angle and it sucks a big lemon. -

@jozwelcome to my "I agree 100% with you club". Something @AlexBonly dreams of being in but will never happen. 😘 Scooby stands on its own and adding a behind the scene to the queue is no different to adding Coke and Mentos together. Separately they're fine but together all you get is a mess. -
@AlexB Are you sure it's a girl? I've never met a girl that doesn't rotate the map.😀

Gold Rush to get aviation theme at Dreamworld?
New display name replied to themeparkaddict's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Mwahahaha I blocked him months ago and life hasn't been better.😂 I'm trying to work out what's the point of building a new drawcard attraction in DW and building the same attraction in a Melbourne shopping mall? "Dad I want visit DW and ride the I-Ride" "Don't be stupid Timmy you can ride it at Chadstone Shopping Centre". Makes one think DW is for sale. -

I 100% agree with Slick. Sometime I think the parks forget they are a theme park. -
I-Ride ended up with a wrap.😂 (TTPSN)

I don't believe they erected the scaffolding to hide the mess. They erected scaffolding to re-theme the building. This might be the art you remember but it wasn't connected to scaffolding. Somebody might have a photo of when the scaffolding was up. I'm looking at you @themagician that might show what you are talking about.

1. I don't know one Theme park in Australia that does it. 2. DW just made a 90 million dollar lost. 3. The faux-facades examples you show serve a purpose because it’s scaffolding safety wrap. The wrapping would have been there regardless and Disney print on it to make it look nice. 4. Disney run fences like DW too. 5. Scaffolding cost. $2800 for 4 m metre scaffold, 1.3m wide x 2.5m long A. DW would require 63m (I’ll round it down to 50) B. 50/2.5x2800 = $56000. (did I mention that’s a week) If DW required scaffolding with wrap for a long period of time they might do it also.

You have given me an idea for a new shirt. -
Why waste the money on building a fake facade only to tear it down again?
