  1. ^ or customs are not happy with something. Keep in mind there is wooden crates and wood pieces between tracks and supports. Maybe some of the contianers have wood that customs does not like. (Just an idea if in fact there is a hold up) or it could be the other way around they are ahead of schedule meaning the track is not coming quick enough for the speed there installing track.
  2. So brown? Ewww yucky! That's a crap colour! πŸ˜‚ (That's a joke for people who can't tell)
  3. ^ Why would we want 2 hypers. Clearly DW have been planning on getting a Giga to compete with MW! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  4. Eurofighter's are a standard 100 feet tall lift hill. (30 meters)
  5. They did just spend 7 million on a refurbishment of Tiger Island. So I wouldn't say there not spending any money. I mean the last new major ride was Tail Spin which was a few years ago.
  6. So what colour will the next one be? Orange, yellow, blue? πŸ˜‚
  7. I think DW need to remember this point. http://ourworlds.co/2017/theme-parks/offside-tallest-fastest/ Once they open it they do have a taller and faster ride.
  8. @rac2703 I said I would think that they want to open it for September holidays. I didn't say they are i said that I would have thought they would. Meaning it was my opinion not fact. On a seperate note didn't that big pink banner that went up for a few weeks say opening in September?
  9. I personally think its a good video. Well done @Slick!
  10. I would think they would be aiming for the September school holidays to launch the coaster as that is a busy holiday period. Also Does anyone think this coaster will have a cool lighting package? (IE more than just the Jokers face light up) Like maybe RGB strips going up the lift hill or something like that.
  11. Its not an even split. More a rough estimate.
  12. The reason I say Eurofighters is they are cheap. Compared to other coaster types and companies. Its obvious DW don't want to spend to much money.
  13. I still think a Eurofighter in the Gold Rush area is a perfect fit. There are a good price for what you get. A nice intense full circuit coaster for a relatively low price. Plus they have a nice indoor section and a decant capacity.
  14. See I personal would have thought VRTP/MW would be bragging about the money they are spending. Every MI AW builds they say our new XX million dollar ride coming soon. When they signed the contracts they said our new 7.5 million dollar attraction coming soon. Being over 30million dollar investment you would think they would be trying to show that figure off. However maybe it is been a private negotiated figure with mack. But then again the ride itself cost half of the final figure. So giving away the full figure does not revel how much the coaster itself cost.
  15. I was making a joke because everyone always goes, I want a B&M in Australia. Me personally would rather another quality Intamin coaster. But thats just my opinion.
  16. Yup, there is no MCBR and the maintenance bay is only big enough for 1 train. So there is no way they can have 3 trains.
  17. The reason for a MCBR is to allow a car to be in the second half and another on the first half at the same time. Without one if a car valleys on the track and the second car goes over the first drop. There is no stopping the 2 cars from crashing. By having a MCBR it allows you to run 2 cars on the course at the same time. Meaning you just stop the second car on the MCBR while you get the other car out of the valley.
  18. @Ryande16 this is not a clone of flash. It is a custom Hyper coaster based of the flashes design. So keep in mind that it maybe 100 meters longer but it has different elements, goes throughout elements at different speeds.
  19. Movie World said it has a ride time of 170 seconds or 2.8 minutes.
  20. @jack.c the park has given us lots of hints but the exact ride is unknown and this stage. However I have done some hunting and found this. http://westforce.com.au/projects/our-current-projects/ They refer to mi3 as a roller coaster. However its safe to say this is a mistake as Mark has basically said it will be a flat ride as 7.5 million won't get you a coaster. But the most interesting thing was that it had a photo which shows construction progress. Hopefully we get more information soon.
  21. Abyss is 600pph and people complain they wait to long for that. Being the biggest and best attraction in the southern hemisphere you would hope it could do a 1000pph capacity. Especially during peak season because when they run 1 train while the other is in maintenance that means you have to wait nearly 3 minutes for the train to return before you can start loading the next one. This is why I was hoping for a MCBR and a third train all along.
  22. They really needed a second train with a MCBR. You would have hoped this would have had around 1000pph.
  23. Are you talking about the Hyper? If so I defiantly think Mack will be showing of this coaster and trying to sell Hyper coasters like this to American parks. As it is a quality ride.
  24. @Flynn_Smith Ok I see what your talking about now. I thought you were talking about the bigger building behind it which is for JL. Hmmm that is interesting as its hard to tell whats happening with the lift hill on top of it. Also part of the reason is nobody in America even knows about it as the park did not do much of a teaser campaign. So many people in the states think that its coming in 2018. As they have not heard much about it till now. This coaster was not even posted in the top 60 attractions worldwide for 2017 article. As nobody knew about it officially.
  25. The way you worded it sounded like you meant there will be a indoor building at the top of the lift hill. Secondly yes there is the station which has a roof but you can see the sides are open to it. From this animation it looks like the outdoor queue to the left of the lift hill in between the brake run and station building. The building on the right is the JL ride building. Is that the building you are referring to?
