  1. Thats a good idea, a really good idea. I'm sorta picturing an idea in my head that Disney Land did/does with they're new ride; "Experdition Everest". Or, like previous Movie World rides like Batman, The Ride 2 and Sherk 4d. However, I really don't think Movie World care much for theming anymore as the public don't really pay attention, Which is a shame because Movie World have done a fantastic job in the past with Scooby & Wild West Falls (however lately with WWF, it's becoming sad!). I believe, before someone had made a layout plan/idea for this ride.. I'm not sure whom the member was, but I think it was Gazza? Anyways, I'd love to see the plan/idea again!
  2. Do Warner Bros. own Mad Max? And, where would it go? They could maybe mix it in with Wild West Falls seeming the town (Silverton) that Mad Max was filmed in is sorta a ghost town nower days.
  3. Anyone have an ideas of what they could use as a story line for the ride? Also, an indoor launch would sorta be the same to Dreamworld's Giant Drop, seem the Giant Drop starts inside. However, I understand what your getting at. I just hope the theming is up with Scooby Doo's standards, otherwise I'm out.
  4. One ride which would really ONLY fit into WNW, would be a Roller-Soaker..
  5. About time one of these parks got a Giant Ferris Wheel. I really would have loved to see DW buy the Zodiac which was at Wonderland, Sydney. And place it in Ocean Parade, named "Crabby Claws". However, I now feel the Ferris Wheel would feel more at home at Sea World. You'd be more of a view, And it'd be truly amazing at night time. I, also like the other members, Would LOVE to see this attraction turn out permanent. Do you think, this wheel could be changed for something like what is at Disney Land? The wheel they have there, the carriage's move around a track on the wheel. I'd love to see a park within' Australia get one of those, It'd be a gentle thrill ride with an amazing view over the Gold Coast & Pacific Ocean. Overall, I'm glad Seaworld is making this move. I hope it turns out to be a major sucess.
  6. As someone said before, I feel Movieworld really need to focus on themed lands etc. I'd love to see the park opened up abit more. Maybe open up land behind Lethal Weapon or Wild West Falls (but in a woodie.. hehe )
  7. I really don't care about the colour choice, However I'd really cry if they painted it Bright pink or something that wouldn't suit the theme (Batman). Is the station going to be inside a building, or outside? I'd love it to be inside, Just not sure how they're going to theme it.
  8. Like I said before, It doesn't have to be a Woodie that stays in one area, sorta like Superman, Cyclone or Lethal Weapon does. It could just have the station, Then it could go out into the bush, circle the Big Brother house etc. Hopefully DW would be cool enough to make it the longest Woodie in the world, maybe even the highest?
  9. We went to Infinity when we were up there about 3 weeks ago. I loved it, truely amazing! However, One bad thing... I found/noticed that it's hard to cover all rooms/lands/worlds as once you go through a room you can't go back.
  10. That's a cool idea. Is this thing sorta the same as the Ghost Hunter (i think it was) that was at Sega World in Darling Harbour, Sydney? If so, I surely DO welcome this. Only hoping that the theming is not left as dodgy as Superman Escape! This is another good idea. How ever, I'm not sure if it's able to be done yet. But what would be pretty cool is if you could have 2 different tracks at then, So basically you go off in different directions & then hopefully have different endings in the ride. Also, Is this ride able to act sorta like a roller-coaster as in go up-and-down hills at different speeds etc? If so, that'd also add suspence to the ride.
  11. Now that I've got some more information & detail about "The Great Australian Movie Adventure". It's defiantly growing on me. Also the "TV Town" sounds okay, But I don't think the Neighbours/Home & Away idea would work.. They'd need to use some more ironic TV shows (not saying they're not). But something that appeals to the whole world. Talking about Warner Bros. owning New Line Cinema etc, I'd love to see a Lord Of The Rings movie.. That'd defiantly be a world first & a major attraction!
  12. Firstly, We are coming up for ideas for rides to be based around movies. However, It is called Warner Bros. Movie World.. So they can only make rides that Warner Bros. have created. Secondly, the Neighbours/Home & Away is a good idea.. However once again that's not created by Warner Bros. Also, That's TV.. Not movies. Thirdly, MW is created to feel like you've stepped into America's Hollywood.. Not Australia's, Hence the reason they don't already have an Australian theme to the park.
  13. I love the ghost ship idea. I could definiatly see one of these working. They could even maybe build it inside a half-open building? Something that the roof pops open during the day, closes at night? I'd love to be outside on minute, then flying back down inside then out again heading into a loop to only go through it again! Also.. Who made "The Day After Tomorrow"? That'd be a ride, seriously... I'd LOVE to ride it.
  14. Infact, talking about this has made me REALLY feel like wanting one themed to Terminator 3 or 4. Hehehe.
  15. Posidon Adventure could be sorta turned into a ride sorta like the one which once lived at Fox Studios Backlot, the Titanic ride. Terminator 3/4 could be turned into a floorless coaster. I still think MW should add some sorta of "Backlot movie adventure", where you go behind the scene's in one of the rides or something. Scooby Doo would be cool.
  16. When we went to Dracula's we brought a walking hand. Hahaha, It's heaps funny!
  17. I'd love to see this. But what exactly could they build that would suit the ride & we're not ONLY talking about a roller coaster here.. What possible flatrides would suit it?
  18. I don't mean IN tiger island... Just swooping around it ect.
  19. Is the Posidon Adventure a WB movie? I'd LOVE to see a ride themed to it. Not sure what type of ride would suit it, but it'd be pretty cool.
  20. I'd love to see that. It'd be a cool one too. They could maybe close the Looney Tunes River ride & turn it into the Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. They could even make the water, look like chocolate, and have the miniuture people etc.
  21. It went; Book, movie than ride.. I'm pretty sure.
  22. Yeh I went to Infinity & Spacewalker a few weeks back when I was up there. Both amazingly good. I love this: QUOTE: "Company founder John Newman hopes this new attraction will put them on the map. “Stick with what you know and what you do best. In our case that’s entertaining people. We want our offshore competitors trying desperately to rip our ideas off. That’s when you know you’re on top.” " How he (John Newman) said, "We want our offshore competitors trying desperately to rip our ideas off. That’s when you know you’re on top.".. So true!
  23. I've been thinking. You see parks like Universal Studios, Disney Land (etc) that have amazing rides [not saying MW's arn't] set around movies like: The Mummy Returns The Pirates Of The Caribean Jurasic Park Spiderman Incredible Hulk Men In Black E.T. Terminator 2 Jaws Twister Back To The Future && More. Anyways, My question/point is. What other possiblities does MW have? And what type of rides would suit them? Like Warner Bros. has made:Harry Potter Scooby Doo (used already) Batman (used already) Superman (used already) Matrix (used already) Looney Tunes (used already) Lethal Weapon (used already) && more. Why dont MW make a Matrix or a Harry Potter ride, not a walk through!? Yeh, well just give your ideas etc.
  24. Hmmm, Yeh to think about it.. Your right. However, It'd have to be something amazing 'cause I'm not a fan of Flying Coasters. I heard something a little while ago from Australian Amusement Fanatics, that DW have a plan to add a coaster around Tiger Island. It's ment to sweap in and out of Tiger Island. Not sure if this is true, But it's what I heard. IF, a big if this is true.. I think a flying coaster would REALLY suit this. It'd seem as if your flying with the tigers.
  25. A giga coaster would be good. Just not a flying coaster! I'd love to see a coaster that has massive tunnels etc.
