  1. From what we have seen I tend to agree but I am slightly interested on what MW will deliver outside of the rides.
  2. On the radio today: "DW's media release" "After a review of the incident, we are stopping all tiger contact. Could be the radio reading from the courier mail report or the radio reading directly from DW's media release. Once upon a time, anybody could find a media release on DW's website, but now, I don't know where you can view DW's media releases, so it is a lot harder to find out who said what.
  3. OK B2. You know the car theme of the train is what you would find in the jungle? The track in unavoidable. B1 probably isn't the best person you try to emulate today after B1's DW has to build mesh fencing. 🤣
  4. Tiger Island looks depressing now. Everytime I visited the Island now, there has been one Tiger on the Island pacing back and fourth at the back door. In the exhibit cages, the Tigers look relaxed and are laying down.
  5. I believe the fence is still black on the stage. That envelope fence, would block you're views while sitting in a car. Like the roof on the cars that will block your views of the plane, as you pass under it.
  6. I've seen photos of what looks like a timber fence too around JR@Narrawhich looks great.
  7. I don't know what type of fence you would find in the Amazon Jungle. DW should dumped this fence has to be black idea. DF's new white fence, is a huge improvement on the black fence. Maybe Rivertown's mesh fence needed to be more of a pale eucalyptus colour.
  8. The problem if you go a wooden fence is it will hide your view. I'm not a fan of chain fences but in this case I would rather see through the fence and see the theme over a fence blocking the view.
  9. Plus For people who don't want to look it up. Permanent barriers Should: • be at least 1 metre higher than adjacent surfaces • define the zone • be constructed from suitable materials • prevent people from climbing or moving through or under them • be stable and able to withstand anticipated loads and weather conditions • be secured by installing gates and joints so there is no weak point for entry. You also might want to re-read the part about relevant parties because you're confused on who the parties are. Case closed. Dapto the sky is blue. //s
  10. Like the Australian Standards AS 3533.1 Amusement ride and devices has a whole section on Which the code of practice tells you to comply to?
  11. Good you also have a copy. Can you please highlight the section for the people, where it mentions a chain wire fence must be installed?
  12. ST fence shows, Rivertown's fencing is a choice DW made and not a fence forced on them.
  13. @DaptoFunlandGuyyou better stay by your phone. The army is going to call you after seeing your bravery on Parkz.
  14. 🤣I love it, I go away and all you guys want to do is talk about me. All the keyboard warriors, come out to play. 🤣 When I get back feel free to to DM me and we can set up some sparring sessions at my boxing gym 🥊.
  15. Stop making shit up. I said WWW needs its own management. I've said many time, Greg is doing a great job with DW. We could go back and fourth all day, but I have a plane to catch. Wishing everybody and their families a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Hope the holidays bring everybody plenty of reasons to smile.
  16. Why are you showing me what past management did? The current DW bosses are very vocal on de-f#*king this stuff. Makes no sense this is your defence when it was these people who put DW in the stinkhole.
  17. Maybe when you goggle you should read more one result, because you know the the model DW copied, didn’t come with a roof?
  18. You know they're replica 1911 modal T-Fords and not jeeps? I thought people were singing from the rafters when DW restored the train station and repainted the facades on main street. So much work to restore and preserve parts of DW and now I'm ready people want to stick a fake bird on a vintage car. Holly molly.
  19. @themagician I'm thinking of all the rides in the world and wondering, why why does the vintage cars require a roof? Does the roof obscure your view? At a guess the roof is to protect people from loose objects coming off JR but surely there is a better way. DW can't be doing this because they think it looks good.
  20. As much as I would like a new water ride. It's not the ride to convince people, who still don't trust DW, to come back to the park.
  21. You don't think when the sun goes down and it gets cooler, the track also cools down? You never seek shade on a hot day? I know a ride that tested at night and had endless problems, when it opened. You might know it too.
