  1. They could create the lake into a ride, similar to the Jaws one in Universal Studios. Obviously not Jaws, but something that fits Dreamworld. It's just an idea, probably won't happen.
  2. I agree. What I would like to see at WWW is a lazy river, but it should an extra route there are small rapids, just for extra fun. I would like to see another tower with 2 or 3 slides on it. They need something new that isn't at Wet n Wild Gold Coast. Maybe ones that are seen at WNW Sydney. Such as the Half Pipe (I know it is similar to the Kamikaze, but it has more too it) and the typhoon.
  3. Even though the Buzz Saw is low capacity I think it is an enjoyable ride. I'm not a fan of the Claw because it always makes me feel sick, so I don't ride it, but it is a very popular ride and one most people enjoy. But the rest I agree with you.
  4. Well what would you say their last decent NEW ride was?
  5. It would cost a lot, but like we have said they could just fill it in until the start of wiggles world. Most of the rides and attractions are placed and themed around a specific area, except mdmc. Why have one ride with a theme which doesn't relate to anything else. I think the Motorsport area would be a good idea. U doubt that they would do it though. I don't think Dreamworld will bring back the paddle boat, but they need to put something in the water so it stays cleaner.
  6. That would be alright. They could call the area 'Motorsport Extreme'. (Just an idea) then they could move the v8 simulator and add another ride (I don't know what though).
  7. I don't think they would be out another coaster there. Or an indoor ride because of the lands shape. That's just what I think. I don't know what they could put on the island. They won't fill in the lake because it costs to much and it fits in with the wildlife area.
  8. Maybe the area could be themed around motor sports. So mdmc doesn't look out or place. Then the V8 Supercars simulator could also be moved into a appropriately themed area.
  9. If they were going to create a new area I don't hunk they would fill in the lake. I think thy should build a bridge to the island and add more animal exhibits. Just an idea.
  10. If dreamworld were to replace this ride then I'm sure they will just rip it all out. I can't think of what they would put there though. I would be quite happy if they just put another mine ride though, providing it provides a different experience.
  11. That would be just stupid. I mean like you would still have to book like for the SkyClimb at Sea World, but its free.
  12. I know it says that but it's summer. The season when everything is meant to open. They are just making excuses. It said that most of 2013. It isn't popular then. Maybe if they didn't charge people for it (I think it was $5 or $10). I know it isn't much, but it may be more popular if there wasn't a cost. And now that the constrictor is there, i think they would need to create another path to the zipline.
  13. On the wet n wild website it says the Zipline is closed. I know this ride has been open, but not for very long. Why is it always closed. Is it just because it isn't popular or is it because of the constrictor now?
  14. There is no reason why they shouldn't get it. I just personally don't think they will. I could be wrong though.
  15. Sorry, even I'm confusing my self. They aren't the same.
  16. I know they aren't the same, I'm just saying that i don't Dreamworld would get a skyscreamer because the park already features a tower ride (giant drop). Why have two rides that both provide the same. That's just the way I'm seeing things.
  17. I really hope this is true then. If there is going to be a coaster I hope it features something the Gold Coast hasn't seen before.
  18. I don't think dreamworld would get a skyscreamer because they have already got a tower ride and the sword swing in the dreamworks area.
  19. Maybe they are making some minor changes to the ride. Eg: Repaint, new seating.
  20. I don't mind if they get rid of reef diver as it is quite old now. I don't know what they would put here, but they need to otherwise there aren't many rides in ocean parade.

  22. I know this doesn't relate to this show, but I didn't see any point in starting a new forum for this. Movie World is now playing 'Journey 2 the Mysterious Island in 4D"
  23. I don't think they would leave the fire effects off because of the heat. They have been saying there will be amazing fire effects since they first announced the ride. They are obviously are having issues with the council and the safety of the flames. I do hope that they turn them on eventually though. It's good that they have added fans. I think a good feature would be having a few small hoses that spray a bit of water in the queue line, this could provide the effect that the storm is about to hit. They couldn't have a lot of water spraying otherwise the floors could get wet and that would be a safety issue for people. If the plastic fridge things at the entrance and exit have been removed thats kind of a good thing, providing it doesn't let to much light in. When I went on the ride people were throwing them back at people. What I want to see them do to the ride is put some sort of wall or even sheet down the centre of the building so that you can't see the end of the ride after the splash down. They should also have a wall in the queue line once inside the building. You can see the storm hitting in that window and the boats going into the water. I don't really want to see that before going on the ride. It kind of spoils the first part (you know whats going to happen). They probably won't change that and its not major, it's just something I would have done in the planning of the ride. ALSO, I heard that Fast Track is now at Sea World and is being used for Storm Coaster is this true?
  24. Thats good to hear, it also sounds like they have either added or turned on a few more effects. Maybe this is because the fire effects aren't working.
