Wet 'n' Wild GC - Junior Attraction
themagician replied to themagician's topic in Theme Park Discussion
How did the slide cause you to get a back injury? -
I would say that the next to weekends will have medium queue lines. The following two will be very busy, due to the passes running out, as AlexB said.

Wet 'n' Wild GC - Junior Attraction

I would have thought that WnW JR would be aimed for kids who are old enough who want to try something a little more daring than the ones in Buccaneer Bay. If they feature a mini Tornado, I would have thought that AquaDrop would be fine. It could be the thrill ride for the area. -

That would be a good idea. They had fully installed it, but I never saw it being used. Did anyone ever see it operate? Maybe they have it in a store room in the park, because they have been planning this for a few years now. -
Should be alright on Saturday. Not to long of waits.

I don't think it will be much different to all the other weekends. They may be a few minutes longer, but nothing manor (I don't think).

Wet 'n' Wild GC - Junior Attraction

In the news article they mention he one in Sydney and will be similar to it. It also says: "The attraction, which will be built near Buccaneer Bay, boasts nine water slides and is a mini version of WetnWild itself." And construction work has been seen betweenBuccaneer Bay and constrictor. -
So far we know that it is going to be similar to the one at WNWS, it will have 9 slides and will go behind Buccaneer Bay. I think WNW JR idea is a good one, particularly when Buccaneer Bay is one of few attractions in the park which kids can go on. I hope its has the mini tornado, etc like WNWS. That way parents can go on the rides with their kids.

MW Mini Driving School - Officially Confirmed
themagician replied to Brad2912's topic in Theme Park Discussion
At this point in time I don't feel like this will be a good attraction, but we only know the very basics. The final product might be better than we expect, but I'm not feeling to confident about it. -
MW Mini Driving School - Officially Confirmed

It is going on new land. The land behind the Buccaneer Bay play structure and next to constrictor. And I don't think that they will remove it at all. -
Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster fire and lighting effects
themagician replied to Spotty's topic in Theme Park Discussion
I've noticed that one or two times when I went on the ride in 2012. -
At work today I had a customer who is a security guard at movie world . I was speaking to her about Carnivale and she said she got to taste the food that will be offered and she said it is some of the best food she has seen at movie world. She might just be saying that because she works there, but she was pretty convincing.

It is Magic VIP Gold Pass. It is the exact same as the Gold pass but Carnivale is added to it.

What will replace Looney Tunes River Ride?
themagician replied to WED99's topic in Theme Park Discussion
That would be good if they made roadrunner roller coaster longer to extend into the building. However, the new ride there are building might actually be something that goes around on a track and takes you through a story. MAYBE. so it may take up the building. If it does, it better be good and be a family ride. -
Queues are usually pretty short. It is a good time of year to go, if you can survive the freezing water of some rides. At both parks, I believe the only water that is heated is in the wave pools and kids area. The rest are usually pretty cold. However some rides stay heated due to the tunnels, resulting any heat to stay inside the tunnels making the water warm. Rides such as the black hole, constrictor, river rapids and wedgie are usually pretty warm. It is mainly the wind that gets you when you are going up the towers (particularly the mach 5 tower). I always found the tornado and green room to have freezing water, for some reason, but that could just be me. So if you go, prepare to be cold at times, unless you wear a wet suit.

What will replace Looney Tunes River Ride?
themagician replied to WED99's topic in Theme Park Discussion
That is a good point and I entirely agree with one on that one. What do people want to see happen to the WB Kids area? Do people want new rides, upgrade, re-paint, re-placement, etc?
