  1. If they won’t support it, just transition everyone.
  2. So if you have a membership, it means you’ve had it for a number of years, so loyalty means it should be valued slightly less. They can phase them out and transition people into pen passes if they wanted to get rid of them. removing value just serves to piss people off.
  3. Talk about embellishing the truth... tell me more about this factory you go through...
  4. That’s a joke. Once again members are getting screwed over. we don’t get a discount for missing out on our free fright nights ticket. And a minimum a spooky nights ticket should be provided in lieu. why sell a product titled “premium” and then give it substandard inclusions.
  5. I’d happily take that challenge? Someone set up a parkz tourney
  6. Eat Safe isn’t capacity. It’s a food safety rating
  7. Govt requirement that if you sit down to eat that your personal details are taken and the time of dining.
  8. Next school Holidays are in a tad over 4 weeks, so no chance it will be up for those. Christmas holidays if we are lucky, but if I had to hedge my bets I’d be saying Easter.
  9. You know what would beat that? Actually being able to ride the damn thing....
  10. It needs approx 6 weeks of testing etc once the overseas techs are allowed into the country
  11. Ardent have said they hope/plan to be able to open the coaster “sometime” in 2021. i wouldn’t be expecting any significant work occurring this year at all
  12. I expect Gold Coaster to still be the name however..
  13. That’s simple to say if you’ve got other things to compare it to. As I said, given how shit everyone seems to think BB was, I guess I’ll be blown away by Leviathan when it opens, or one of the big woodies in the US when I can get over there post-covid. I look forward to that though. at this stage, all of ridden was BB and Beastie in terms of wooden coasters, and I thoroughly enjoyed them, but I had nothing to compare them to. Give me BB over Buzzsaw, MDMC or even Sidewinder any day of the week.
  14. Bush Beast is still in my list of fav rides, though it’s the only large woodie I’ve been on. Guess I will be blown away then when I try another if BB is crap comparably..
  15. I have an iPhone 7, they take perfectly good focused photos.... also not sure what the relevance of 10pm is... does the phone get tired or something and start taking shitty shots?
  16. Mines $12 p month, so $144 a year. if they don’t want people on them, cancel them.
  17. Given monthly benefits were initially introduced for membership holders before being rolled out to one pass etc, it would be criminal for them to not allow membership holders to use the deals.
  18. Don’t think there is any chance at all. it hasn’t operated in months, and the cost to get it running for a final ride would be seen as unnecessary
  19. See you set yourself up for failure by assuming you were getting new, made for 4D, content. it’s so much easier to be surprised by assuming the least or worst prior....
  20. So many photos and not a single one the correct orientation. Your potato camera also needs an upgrade...
  21. The showcase is great imo if you are into behind the scenes/making of movies. HWSD has sucked for years.
  22. That is fantastic news, and like most I can’t wait to see this coaster ride above the Broadwater over coming months. Further covid closures not withstanding, are we Expecting a construction timeline of say 7-8 months? Another 6-8 weeks for testing etc. May just make it for an Easter 2021 opening? If not, I’d say Sept 2021. Winter holidays not ideal for a launch imo...
  23. Replacement timelines you would imagine will be reflective on how long covid lingers not only domestically but internationally. Second waves, third waves, cures, vaccines, uptake of vaccine will all throw out plans. I wouldn’t expect a significant capex investment at MW for at least 4-5 years and that’s assuming we get back to some form of domestic travel normality in the next 12 months, which in itself is no guarantee
  24. Yeah that was announced a month or so back now, but he is only interim CEO.
