  1. Hi everybody, just thought that everyone's invited to my B'day party on the 21st, where i will be meeting up with the tigers inside the enclosure and conquering my most favourite ride in the world, "the" Tower Of Terror, which i have over 80 photos i think plus another 150 of DreamWorld!!!!!!!!! PS: I will be taking 2 cameras (one digital, one normal) plus a video camera so we can get every angle of "The" Tower Of Terror :!:
  2. Well, if he really does pee himself, he'll be prepared!
  3. I remember one time i was at DreamWorld........ In the fast half of the day, they had just ONE GUY IN A LITTLE BULLDOSER THINGY!!!! But then, the cranes and people just came out of no-where!!!! Like Rugrats with a diaper rash they all just ran in
  4. Man, even though Sea World's budget and location is........ average, i would still be hooked onto an Impulse Coaster, even though it would draw 200% more crowds aswell!!
  5. my vote is that if it applies to DreamWorld, it has to apply to WBMV!!!! 8) But you never know what with all this rain, i'll check out DreamWorld again when i go there in a week
  6. Last time I was there they had a singular cable holding it up. It also had people trying to spit chewing gum on it aswell, wonder why......... But when i go there on the 21st i'll see then
  7. Ooh Ooh, just a quick peice of info for anyone wanting to know a weird fact about the TOT: The word TOT in german means death, or dead which is funny because TOT is displayed ontop of the TOT building  (i'll be getting a photo of that one soon )
  8. Hi there again. Just before i begin, my subject is purely just to get people to view this post, and considering i have a whole gallery of the Tower Of Terror on my bedroom wall plus over 50 photos on my pc of the Tower Of Terror, i am in final, i TOT freak ..... Anyway, back to the point...... Has anyone heard any info of late about the Tower Of Terror? I should be getting some soon when i go there on the 21st but that's still a long way away. PS: Does anyone have some photos of the computers etc. used for the Tower Of Terror or the staircase that runs up the middle of the Tower itself? any would be greatly appreciated
  9. As a youth handi-capped thrill junkie i have been very lucky to go to america and spend 8 months at NZ and have been to: Disneyland: 5 times Universal Studios: Once Pacific Park: once i think :x Rainbow's End: once But in Oz: DreamWorld: 6 times (suki-nah!) MovieWorld: 3 times Wet'n'Wild: 3 times Sea World: 4 times
  10. Just going back to the Giant Drop........ If anyone has a 2000 i think Guiness World Records Book it has there that the Giant Drop is the tallest free fall ride in the world.... If you don't have it though or if it isn't in that one, it's either the 1999 edition or 2001 edition :?
  11. But you see..... It was when the computers stalled causing it to rocket......
  12. With regards to what i said with the speed of 180km/ph, yes they did hit the breaks at the top of the tower and hit the ones at the rear of the station, swish!
  13. The Tower Of Terror (not actually recognised) had a set speed of 162km/ph through a police modulated speed gun for the records, but, when there has been stuff ups (yes, there has been) the speed of the Tower of Terror is nearly an unsound 180km/ph!!! I know this because i had a very close enthusiast been on when the computers stuffed up and told me...... HEH
  14. Sorry My Bad!!! I ment that the ride apart from the lift hill (possibly) would be replaced with a M&M rollercoaster!!!!
  15. Speaking of new rides, supposedly from an insider, i got news that there will be something big happening to the ThunderBolt in 2003 and 2005...... 1)Apart from the lift hill, the rest of the ride will be demolished and rebuilt from Meishi, B&M or Arrow. 2)The last minute of the ride (the boring bit) will be replaced possibly by Arrow 3)There will be new trains and a new coast of paint (Yippee *sarcasm in voice.......) 4)Or the train tyres will be replaced with new ones to decrease the sqeakiness PS: About Option 2, Meisho pacifically designed the last part of the ThunderBolt to interpretate a wooden rollercoaster (pictured here.)
