  1. Lol. Nightshifter, that site was cool, but it really needed to be updated, especially on the bit where it says "Attendance: 8,000 per day". O_o -EdiT- And also, Sega World is there too. Interesting..
  2. Meh.. I've already told you I'm coming. So, just to let you all know, I am coming too. Yippee?
  3. My vote goes to Seaworld on this one. The Seaworld Operators do the job quick and easily, and are very enthusiastic, espcially one named Kasper. He was sooo funny, and very talkative. There was this other woman who was operating the Pirate Ship, and her, I and my friend Aleesha were explaining to her about Bounty's Revenge @ Wonderland, because she has never been there before.
  4. Hmmmm.. A sad day at that.. It was sad enough giving out the information to all my school friends. They were even shocked and they've only probably visited 2 or 3 times!! Let the mourning begin.
  5. A little quiz for you guys that I made on Quizilla. Yes, there aren't many Questions, but the make-your-own-quiz page got really laggy due to a lot of options. Here it is: --Click Here-- -PS- BTW, I know I havn't done the next TRs for my GC trip. I was too busy with school starting, and everything, so I'll leave it there. I think it is a bit obvious what happens anyway. I mainly separated the days of Dreamworld in some posts, etc. So yeah.. Hope I don't get any of you mad.
  6. Day Four Today was the girls' first performance of the trip. They were dancing @ Robina Town Centre. They previously danced there two years ago, and the Town Centre loved them so much, they invited them back to dance again. So the day started at an early 8am. *Yawnage*. I wasn't looking forward to going to Robina, so I asked if I could stay home. They said I could, so I did. My mum and Allyson left early to get ready for the performance and shop, etc. I stayed home, and My Dad was going to Robina later to join them. But during the day, I figured staying home alone would be the boringest thing ever, so I decided to go to Robina. We arrived at 12pm, just in time for the performance. Some rain came just before it started, making it delayed for 20 minutes, but as soon as it stopped, the music turned on, and bright, colourful dresses filled the stage. 10 minutes later... After the show, the rain kept coming and going, and coming and going. My sisters costume was a tad bit wet from the rain they danced in, but that didn't matter, because the second show was canceled due to the rain. Oh well, at least it gave more time for shopping and wondering around. Well at about 3pm, we decided to leave. Me and my dad walked to the carpark and drove back home... While my mum and sister waited for the dancing coach to pick them up at the Town Centre @ 3:30pm. I got some neat clothes and a new wallet as well!! Tonight was something I havn't done before. The Laserhunt @ TimeZone. It was so exciting for me for some reason. For the night my family and Andrew's family got together and dined out at a restaurant in Cavill Avenue. Although the food sounded disgusting on the menu, it was really good apparently says my mum. (Me and Andrew had Mcdonalds/KFC). We were hanging around til 7:30pm when the group had to meet for Laserhunt. When it hit 7:25, we headed for TimeZone, I mean I headed for TimeZone because no one else wanted to do Laserhunt. I met up with Christine, a 19 year old dancer, and we went to find the others, but they ended up being lost on the other side of TZ. We grabbed them and entered the LH foyer. We alll sat upon the giant steps, giving our 5 bucks to the dancing teacher to pay for us. She split us in two groups, and mine was the first to enter. I put on laser pack named "Phantom", which was in a very bad condition. Aleesha got one called "Superman" and started dancing around the room pretending she was Superman. Don't mind her, she's a bit weird lol. When we entered the "maze", Aleesha, Kristy and I teamed up, even though we weren't on the same team. Aleesha somehow ran off, so I was stuck with Kristy most of the time. We 0wn3d! Then we decided to go off on ourselves, then I met my sister in there. We also teamed and tried to track down Charles, a dancer's brother who flogged everyone in this game. Even though, we were very unsuccessful, we at least tried! Further down the path, I met Aleesha, and Allyson walked off. Aleesha and I teamed, and then Kristy came out of no where and shot Aleesha and me. Aleesha ran off, and Kristy and I teamed, again. Charles came round the corner then, we ran to "Our spot". Kristy pushed me out of the way, and my backpack thingy cracked open, and my whole laser thing shutdown. We went back outside to the old slob reception man who fixed my backpack, and got it working again. Back into the maze we went. Then like 2 minutes later, time ran out, the music turned off, all lighting effects gone. It was time to get out. We came out, gave back our laser-packs, and saw our scores. Charles came first, of course, and I came 5th, lol. Not bad, but there were 11-12 people with us. We sat on the huge steps again, and the other group went inside. Allyson and I went and bought some drinks, because it was like the place wasn't air conditioned. We bought some frozen cokes from the shop near the bowling alley. I noticed my mum, dad, sherrie, steve, andrew, andrew's auntie, sister, grandmother, uncle and two cousins were playing a game of bowling. We went to visit them for 5 seconds, then we left, hehe. We went back to the Laserhunt bit, said bye to Aleesha, Kristy, Rebecca (Nightshifter's sister), etc and we left. I went back home with my family and Andrews family. Allyson and the elder dancers stayed at Surfers til 11ish. I was heaps tired. We went back to the hotel, had a few drinks of coke, etc, and we went over to Sherrie's appartment and had some food. When I got heaps tired, I went to bed, trying to get an early night for what was coming up tomorrow... Dreamworld. Zzzzzzz. Note: I'll do Dreamworld tomorro, since it is almost 10:30 and I have to go to bed because school is starting tomorrow.. *yippee*..
  7. On the more busier days, the Bush Beast attracts a lot of children to it, and a lot of teenagers. (Especially on Saturday Sessions!)
  8. Oo0o0ooo0o0O0oo. I love chicken burgers, I should've got that! I'll get it next time. {[(EDIT)]} - Pic Album is in the first post.
  9. I wasn't really hungry at the time, so I went for the little cheesey burger looking meal. What was the Cat Burger? I can't remember.. ^_^u
  10. Rofl. - Yeah, Andrew and I saw a bit of the Matrix Stunt Show, but we didn't see the Police one, since I have seen it many times. - The last tiny drop on Scooby almost made my smash my head into the car, lol. - I didn't see you Ian, unfortunately. - I missed heaps of stuff since it was almost 10 days ago, and I have a really bad memory.. - I ate at the Gotham City Cafe, and had a Penguin meal. Mmmm - Yeah, the wallet had my Wonderpass in it.. - I have some photos, so I'll upload them now and edit this post later with them.
  11. Happy Late Birthday joz. How was work? Lol. Did you do anything AFTER work?
  12. I know going by plane would've been better, and more quicker, but I love going by car for some reason. I could live a whole day in the car. To waste time, all there is, is one word... SLEEP. I love to sleep in cars, and it was mad because it was raining sometime in the trip, so it made me go to sleep easier. BTW, on the way back home we took the whole trip back without stopping at Coffs. It wasn't that bad, but I was really looking forward to getting home, and just driving past the old Wonderland got me excited for some reason. {[(Edit)]} - BTW, Part 2 is up for reading if you wish..
  13. Day Three It all started with me wondering if we we were going WBMW or not, due to my dad and Steve were maybe going to play golf because of the wet weather we had during the night. After all the confusing talk going on between the parents, they decided they are going to golf, and then dropping Andrew and I @ WBMW. Our sisters were supposed to be performing at Cavill Avenue today, but it got washed out because of the rain that day. While driving to WBMW, we had to make a little detour of all these home villages and stuff so my dad could know where to drive to get to and from the golf course they were going to. After about 20 boring minutes of driving, we finally reached WBMW. We got out of the car, and went to the ticket booth and asked for two child tickets into the park. But then they told us we had to have an adult with us to enter the park. "What is the adult age?" Asked my dad, and they replied with 14. Luckily, Andrew was 14, so he was classified as an adult. "One child and one adult please". The person looked at us weirdly because Andrew is very tiny in size and he didn't look anything like an adult. But anyway, she gave us the tickets and we entered the park. As I remembered from my days in Sydney, Liam telling me.. "What's the first thing you're going to do in WBMW...?? SCOOBY!". I did what he said and Andrew and I headed for the ride. The queue wasn't at all long thank god, so we got in the ride for a 10 minute wait. We boarded the freaky-looking cars and we were off. Holding onto my camera tightly incase anything happened to it, we went passed all the excellent scenery, lighting effects, headchoppers, etc and then we came to the rocky lift. Haha that bit was so funny. Then I looked back, and all I could see was this mist-fulled room with lasers going everywhere, and a very steep backwards drop. I boogied to the music as well. Doo do doo doo doo. After the hip style scooby music boogying, down the backwards drop we went. This was the time I put my hands up due to I knew I wouldn't hit anything, eg axes. Once we hit the turntable, I boogied some more. Doo doo do doo. Then the madass laser sun thing caught our eye. Freaky.. Then it cut the hole where our car zipped through. Here comes the funny bits. Woooo, round the first hairpin turn. WOooo, round the second, wooooo, more hairpin turns. *Boogies some more* Then we went and headed for the a drop. Down we went, and I got some airtime wo0t. Round a few more corners, then another drop, but a weird entrance into it which kind of hurt. A kind of double tight hairpin turns. But it was alright. Then we hit the brakes, and came into the familiar bit of the tribal thingy in the movie. Then into the dark door we went into a tiny little drop, then the exit. What a shame, I wanted more... Overall, an excellent ride. Great thrills, scenery, etc. 10/10. Currently the best coaster I've ever ridden! After the excellent ride of Scooby, we headed to Lethal Weapon. No queue, as usual, and a rough ride, as usual. We boarded the red train on the third car, due to no one was queuing for it. Up the lift we went. Over the top we went, and down the drop. I looked over to Andrew, it was his first time on this, and he was very scared, lol. My arms were up on this ride. The 'heartline loop' was pretty smooth, but the supports were very close! It looked like I was going to hit them with my long legs. Well it was after the rollover the weirdest bit of the ride happens. The weirdly banked straight, that seems very disorientating. Well after that is the sidewinder inversion. When you go up this inversion, you seem to shoot ride to the edge of your seat. Very uncalled for.. Well after that painful experience, the little turn around came then the two inline-twists. One twist went, then I held on due to it was very painful. Then the train went into that very tight helix and then up and into the brakes. Then it turned a corner and stopped, waiting for the other train to depart. Once the other train departed, we headed into the station but another painful experience occured.. The turn into the station.. Ouchies. Anyways, after that we departed the station and I tried to take some pics of it but got shooed away from the ride ops because I was standing in the exit, I had to go to the observation spot. I decided to get some pictures later in the day. Other than that, we then went to ride it again for some reason... Just after we left the ride, we bought some nice frozen cokes from the stall in the asian city place. Now we are headed for the Matrix Exhibit, but since we had our frozen cokes, we couldn't enter, bummer... Wild West Falls was next.. WWF was working superbly that day, and the queues were very quick. The bit where the fire struck had new scenery. Grey-coloured corrugated iron walls with loads of signs saying "She's Gunna Blow!" (I think), if I can remember properly.. Just after WWF, we decided to take another ride on Scooby. So we did, but had to wait half an hour because it kept breaking down. Everytime it broke down, an annoying message kept coming.. and coming.. and coming.. and coming.. I felt so jealous for the people that got stuck in the ride.. Oh well, but once we boarded the car, Andrew and I kept getting excited about we might be getting stuck, but that unfortunately didn't happen, but it did 5 minutes after we exited... The Matrix Exhibit came next. Since we didn't have our frozen cokes, we could line up for it. When you enter the queue, the hallway is covered in pictures of Matrix related things. Posters for the original Matrix, Reloaded, Revolutions, Animatrix, characters, and TVs to entertain you on how they made the Enter The Matrix video game. The queue went pretty quick, because not many people were lining up, and they took big bunches of people per group into the exhibit. Once you go in, you see replicas and stuff of the Matrix trilogy everywhere. Costumes, props, behind the scenes footage, the agent smith clones, sentinels, and more. Your tour guide lets you wonder off after they guide you through some exhibits at the beginning, until when you reach a door they lock you all up in and then it's black in the room, and you can see these eyes looking at you, and you finally figure out they are the clones of Agent Smith. Then one light appears on a clone, and saying "I'm Agent Smith", then it goes out, and another light appears above another clone, and goes "No, I am" and it repeats that for ages hehe. Then after the clones, its another walkthrough through the exhibit. Until you come to the end of an excellent exhibit! After the excellent ME, we took another ride on Lethal Weapon. Fair enough.. After that we went and had lunch. It was packed due to the parade that was coming through, and to my notice, Scooby broke down again.. Moving on.. We finally found a table to eat, so then I told Andrew to save the table and I'll get my lunch. I reach into my pocket to get my wallet.. Only to realize I didn't have my wallet. So I was like WHAT THE HELL!?!?! I called my mother up on Andrew's mobile phone, and told my mum it's g0ne. So she told me to go to Guest Services to see if anyone has returned a lost wallet. I did what she said, after I ate lunch that I bought with Andrew's money. The lady didn't get handed a wallet, but she said to check back in the afternoon. After the incident with the wallet, we walked down to Looney Tunes Village, took the ride on the Road Runner Rollercoaster, and then had a few more rides on LW. Then a few more on WWF. Then another on SDSC. Overall, it was a great day. I had a lot of fun at WBMW and Scooby Doo was excellent. A must-visit everytime I come up here!! Even though I do visit everytime I do.. Tonight was another rainy night. It started to pour as soon as soon as we left for Conrad Jupiters. Tonight was very exciting because we were seeing one of those magnificent performances that CJ does. This one was called Storm. It looked quite good from just the picture of it. So once we all met up at Jupiters, after all the havoc with ordering Maxi Taxis, we set our way off to our buffet dinner. After the very filling dinner, and dessert (dog poo-shaped ice cream machine), we set out way to the theatre. Storm was fantastic. We got our own little 3D glasses we had to wear on specific scenes, which looked great because we were in the front row which was verrryyyyyy close to the dancers, props, etc, and the giant tornado that they made at the end which was mad as. I kept my 3D glasses, they look funky. Just kidding. After the casino, we went back to our Aegean appartment and we had a little party at a fellow dancing mum's appartment, Bernice. End of Day 3 View My WBMW Pics Here (You have to sign-up though, sorry.. Unless you guys have a better image uploader site? I've already tried uploadit, and Liam's one, ourworld.
  14. What happens if there is an adult or some kid who hates rollercoasters, and wants to see snakes or animals in the queue line, what do they do? They can't just line up just to look at the animals, can they?
  15. Hey Auscoaster. I have it as well, but I have no idea how to build coasters. Go Here To CoasterSims For Good No Limits Tracks Try that out, they have pretty good tracks.
  16. Yes, this is Andrew's TR. Read on if you must, since this is going to take a lot of typing.. Day One I woke up at around 8am, all hyped up because we were going to the Gold Coast, but the bad thing about it, we were travelling by car. IMO it wasn't that bad, but I would've prefered trip by plane. So then I took my shower, had a somewhat big breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns mmmmm), and packed some more of my bag, we then went to pack the car up with all our luggage. After half an hour waiting for our friends in the other car to arrive (Names: Sherrie, Steve, Andrew and Heather), we were all set to go. We drove off with our super speedy U R A BUS (Subaru) B4, just until 5 hours later, and after about 3 stops at various places, we were at Coffs Harbour. We arrived at our motel for the overnight sleep, The Caribbean. The main reason my mum and Sherrie chose this motel, is because of the nice pool in the picture, but surprisingly so, the pool was at least 5 metres long by 4 metres wide. At least no one was seen swimming in it all day, but that could just be because of the dreadful weather we were experiencing (rain at the time). Once we all brang our clothes and that upstairs to our rooms, we went for a nice leisurely walk down the beach. Walking past all the giant stones on the coastline, dead crabs, rats, and a trapped Wobbegong shark in a rockpool, we then climbed some hill that looked like a pile of dirt from far away. It was famous for its birds (forgot the name) that burrowed in the hills. But anyways, after this long, boring walk, we went back to the motel, fixed up our clothes a bit and that, and waited for Sherrie's friend, Cathy, who was coming with us to the Gold Coast, and then went out and dined at some restaurant themed as the Australian Outback. After the dinner, we made our way to the little carnival that is held in Coffs. They had the Hurricane, Breakdance, A kiddie's coaster, Taipan and much much more. I was bored, so I got 5 tokens for $5 to ride Taipan. Andrew and I boarded the train, went up the chain lift, turned the corner, went down a drop with a little airtime, turned another corner, down another drop, lots of helixes, following by a wacko bit of track, then some more helixes, and some more wacko track, then the brakes, and then the station. First coaster of the trip, but wasn't really worth $5, more like $2. But it was still enjoyable. After Taipan my sister, Allyson and Heather went on Breakdance. It was quite boring, but I enjoyed myself at Coffs. Right after the carnival, we went back home, watched some TV, and I watched the Taipan from my balcony, then we went to bed.. Zzzzzzz Day Two Woke up, had a shower, brushed teeth, and packed and left the motel at around 10am. Another one of those boring days.. 5 hours of driving, and "Pizza by the Pool" with the other dancing girls. We stopped at Mcdonalds for breakfast, just in time for the last serve of breakfast they were doing. So after that, we made our way to the car and drove north. On the way my Mum spotted this place called "Crystal Castle". So of course, we had to make a stop over there. The place was very well hidden from the public, as you have to take a 10 minute drive through the mountains winding and weaving your way there. Once we got there, we spent about an hour (due to wondering away shopping mothers) there. I wondered off with my sister for some reason, and we came into a room full of crystals and creams. One shelf full of marijuana flavoured cream, and my sister smelt it and it went all over her nose. Haha she smelt like marijuana. My mum and dad smelt her and she thought she smoked it but I explained. Anyhow, I ordered a chicken burger about 10 stories high, which took forever to eat. Right after Crystal Castle, we drove back.. Hoping to get to Surfers Paradise sometime soon. After passing the many memories of last years trip (The bent over tree, "The Rock" Restaurant, The Taree guy, and many more stuff, we eventually reached Surfers Paradise. Intimidated from the many hotels, and new ones since last year, we found our hotel named the Aegean, and we came in and got our key. We drove down to the basement to park the cars, and lifted out some luggage. We went up to our room, looked at the nice ocean views, our great views from our bedrooms, the pool, tennis court, and spas, etc down below. We looked at the time, it was 5:30, and we had two hours til we go down to the pool. What was there to do? Mainly nothing, but Heather and I watched TV and checked Sherrie & Steve's appartment. Practically the same, although they had a 3 bedroom unit. After the boringest 2 hours passed, we all went down by the pool. I met my good old friends Aleesha and Kristy and we played a bit of knock and run (the keys go to every floor! ). Trying to hide the secret from Aleesha about her birthday cake, Aleesha kept wondering why we acting so weirdly (She was turning 13 today). After we ate out pizza, had a few drinks of coke, had some socializing, etc, we sang happy birthday to Aleesha with her birthday cake. She went all embarrassed. It was coming to about 9pm now, and we all broke up and went back to our units. Andrew and I played the X Box (He brang it lol) a bit then we went to bed at around 11 ready for the day tomorrow... WB Movie World! Part 2 sometime later..
  17. Has anyone seen Planet SOS yet? I went to Seaworld on Monday and I saw it, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The movie was great, as well as the queuing time, and friendly SW staff. So what are you other peoples views on it? Did you like it?
  18. Well, on my day @ WnW (Tuesday), I wasn't really looking forward to going on anything, although the only thing I wanted to do was go on was Whirlpool to test it out and see what it was like. But then the day was ruined... The first sign I read of the day was: Rides Closed today for Maintennance: WHIRLPOOL That brightened up my day, lol.
  19. Hey people, just came back from QLD, and I went in that Tomb Raider: Enter The Tomb maze thing. 1 thing: It is bloody scary!! lol The most scariest ride/attraction in my life, it scared the living daylights out of me, rofl. It was on the day where the skylink shutdown, and I was going to video tape some stuff, but I couldn't really because of the rain. I went wondering by myself away from the showgroup, and went to TR. They assigned us in groups of 4-6 (If I can remember) and we entered a little room to hear some info about what to do and not do in the maze. One thing was to "Do not touch the creatures, if any harmful contact is made to them you will be escorted out of the park" - Geez, that's harsh, but these "creatures" were just humans with real good make-up on and a costume. So once the guy/TV stops talking, you walk through a straight bit of the maze shrouded in mist and fake torches, and the lookalike of Lara Croft tells you to keeps your hands on the persons shoulders directly in front of you and don't get lost. Well, of course, you do what she says, and you enter the maze, you start off with a very trippy tunnel, with a bridge and a spinning outside that makes your brain walk in many directions - a very big spinout! After that it is through walls, corners, censors, scares, frights, etc. The scariest looking "creatures" jump out at you from out of no where, which frightens the hell out of you. Once one of the 'creatures' leaped at the person at the front (I was at the back) from a light which you cannot see anything behind it, and I swore, lol, and the creature followed me round the corner making a hungry lions mouth crackling noise kind of sound. The ride is mainly that, and getting scared out of your wits all the way to the exit, where you are actually once happy you are exiting a ride.
  20. Woahhhh... You freaked me out then! Just that when I saw you knew I was there, lol. Well, you have that bit correct, and it was one of the worst days at Dreamworld I've ever had. The only good thing was I got to get every ride I wanted to go on in the day. ToT was operating in the morning, but after the unexpected heavy downpour of rain, it was closed for another 2-3 hours due to the weather. I stood under the Nick Stuff shop for 20 minutes watching the rain pour down, non-stop. While I took a ride on TGD, I noticed the skylink wasn't moving. Above the queue little kids were screaming to their parents because they were hungry, scared, thirsty, etc. I felt so sorry for them. After my ride (Being stuck 10 minutes at the top of TGD ), they were still there. I didn't know why it was stuck, but then I heard a operator say that a tree fell on the cables down near the wildlife bit of the park. But after the "mini-cyclone" everything was running perfectly. (I rode Wipeout 7 times in the whole day), an achievement for me.
  21. Are they trying to take on Dreamworld with the tigers or something? Well, I'd surely like to see what would happen, and about the 18th Birthday, I think something big will happen on the 20th Birthday. We'll just have to wait and see, won't we?
  22. Are they the same beacons throughout the whole queue? Or different ones on the roof? The Zodiac looked like a firework. (The one in the sky)
  23. Me 'n Flea were going to a regular trip to Wonderland this evening. I had to leave early due to my parents were going to work and the RWC Final. Liam was there to arrive @ 4pm I think? Well, after the dropoff of my dad at the train station, my mum and I made our way to Wonderland. We drove up.. Saw the usual things happening, TBB operating, Zodiac without its gondolas and SP falling. I got out of the car ready for a wonderful night (but the first hour by myself), until my mums car did this giant U-turn and called me back over. She told me the security guard over there has told her: "Is that your son your dropping off to stay til' 10pm?". "Yes." she replied. "Well the park closes at 5pm today, not 10." At that moment I was stunned. Why is it closing so early tonight? That, I don't know, but i went home @ 3:50.. The security guard that said that stuff to my mum was talking to some bimbo's in a really nice blue sportscar. Maybe they told him to say that for a joke? I really don't know.. But does anyone know why it closed so early? (Even though, it might've not!)
