  1. The only thing they do is ruin the atmosphere. Its pitch black, and you cant tell where you're about to go, and then these holes pop up, and its like 'oh, we're going to turn left now'. They're not on every corner, but when you come up to a corner with them it kinda wrecks the whole point.
  2. ^^It wouldnt be hard to convert it to a shop/restaurant relating to whatever they want to theme that area around, if they did remove Blue Lagoon. I'm sure a little shop isnt going to stop them removing that area.
  3. Speaking of Black Hole, I was just thinking how good it would be if it didnt have those little holes in it on some corners, they let light in and kind of wreck it. What are they for? Air?
  4. From what I've seen (a couple of Discovery channel shows) you just go up and down a few times, basically like on RCT3.
  5. I completely agree. I found it hard to spend 30 minutes there without getting completely bored. Bring on the bulldozers.
  6. The keychain I am talking about did not have the 'big 5 thrill rides', it simply said 'Scream Ride Out Loud in the same design as at SFMM. I'm pretty sure Dreamworld sells more than one keychain. Conicidence...I think not.
  7. Can anyone kindly tell me why the Dreamworld gift shop sells small keychains that say: 'Scream! Ride Out Loud' on them? (For anyone who doesnt know this is the name and tagline of a floorless coaster at SFMM). Is it just Dreamworld copying ideas from SF or did China accidentally send the box to Coomera instead of California...? Well....it is an easy mistake to make.
  8. What type of park are you going to build? If you're only building a small family park with a few rides such as a ferris wheel then it's obvious that you would just buy a small amount of land. If you're going to build a larger park with multiple attractions and coasters, then you'd obviously want a larger amount of land. Just make sure you have enough money
  9. I was absolutley amazed at how little of Disneyland you could see from outside it. Basically all you can see is a tiny bit of the Matterhorn mountain. Good job, Walt.
  10. Was at Dreamworld yesterday and got some pics. Sorry about the quality. (edit) Sorry about that, it was late and i was tired. Here they are. Maybe someone can explain them? Also, anyone know what the big 'X' is? It was just outside Tiger Island.
  11. Yes. Its a single rail suspended coaster, but the cars fill with water at the station, and riders can squirt people in the line, and also people underneath the train.
  12. Just from that sentence 'skills and thrills' I'd have to go with Flea and say its a Rollersoaker.
  13. Quick RCT3 question: How do you make it so when using the Hersheys Stormrunner track the train doesnt launch out of the station? For example I would want the train to leave the station normally, and then get launched later on in the ride. Thanks.
  14. Yeah, I recorded the megastructures show, but it will be repeated heaps this month on National Geographic, it was even on today!
  15. God, that place was a dump. I remember they had that old plane that you would sit in and they pretended it was a real flight. Correct me if im wrong but they also had a flume ride of some sort.
  16. ^I did get the feeling they were aiming all the Australian Parks at children, with Wiggles World, Shrek 4D and the Werribee zoo. Also, some of the footage was just repeated, I know i have seen Ernie Dingo at the Brighton Pier before on TGO. I was also looking forward to some footage of SE and The Claw, but must admit they did a good job covering Universal Studios and Knotts. Made me remember how good the USH Studio Tour was. Also, dont forget tomorrow night on Nat Geo, 7:30 the Kingda Ka construction documentary.
  17. Has anyone made a RCT2/RCT3 Superman Escape Track?
  18. Just to add to your post about roller coaster documentaries there is a show called Megastructures: The Ultimate Roller Coaster on the National Geographic channel at 7:30 on Tuesday. This is the documentary about the construction of Kingda Ka.
  19. Mine would be B&M because of their stand up, floorless and flying coasters. I hope we get one in Aus soon!!!
  20. I think we're more likely to see a new block of apartments than a new wooden coaster.
  21. Good job with the pictures, they look really great. Havent been down to St Kilda for a while now...might go on the holidays.
