WWW in Winter?

Apparently Dreamworld is tossing up whether to heat the pools in WWW in winter or not, they've done research and if they heat the pools there is high chance that the pools will breed bacteria. Heard today Well Wet n Wild do it ever year and its fine. So I don't know about this

LOL, what a stupid assertion for them to make, pools everywhere are heated and arent all breeding grounds for bacteria. Ideally their filtration system should be adequate so that bacteria is removed quickly and no breeding can take place. If anything, they might be shying away from heating due to the costs.
