Undeclared 0
Me and my family have finally decided to go to sea world, after all these year. I've booked the flight hotel etc and I'll be up there 15 of May - 22 May. And then I look on the Sea World website and not only are they taking the ferris whell away the day before I get there but now I read that the corkskrew will be closed 8- 25th May. Do they ever change the days of the maintenance or the mainenance not go as long as they expect?

Just take a look at the annual maintenance for Superman Escape at sister park Movie World, if they delay the maintenance any more they can do two annuals at once 2007-2008. So it seems quite common to change the dates for this group but dont hold your breath.
dreamworld_rulz 1
Um why didn't you check the dates before you booked everything?
Richard 1,038
Most people don't have the luxury of being able to schedule their holidays around ride maintenance. The best answer is to keep checking the website because these things do change, and with this maintenance so far down the track there is a chance that it could change. That aside, Sea World is a fantastic park which you'll have no trouble spending a full day at with your family, with or without Corkscrew operating.
