Alexb This year they did not punch a hole in my ticket. It was scanned every day I went in. I believe the numbers work the other way because with every adult ticket you could take a kid under 15 in for free. The kid did not have a ticket so only the adult ticket was scanned. The figures from the amount of paying people would be a lot lower then entry numbers. I have been 7 times and have never paid once. Last year I ended up with 16 free 3 days passes that I gave away. This year I only ended up with 2 three day passes. They get the money back anyway for us non-paying people. $9.50 = 1 can of Jim Beam or $6.00 = 1 can of coke.

MickeyD my recollection of the train accident was: A train maintenance worker was reversing a train back into the shed when the trains collided. If I remember correctly it was not a train engine that was being used by the engineer on track but a maintenance buggy that could move the carriages around. From what I also remember from back in those days was the work on the trains was not completed by Dreamworld but by volunteers from a QLD train club.

What is going on with the paint job for the counterweights? I thought they would have anchor points for the cables instead of scratching the paintwork.

I imagine the colour scheme would work better if they blended the paint as an alternative of using harsh lines.

Thanks for asking. I'm interested in the engineering of rides. So when they pull a ride like this apart I like to know what they are doing to it and who is doing the work. It's a bit hard to see what is going on when it's back together. AlexB you make me laugh.

I have witnessed numerous individuals saying the Wipeout is offsite. I’m asking those people who say its offsite is: How they know? Where is the Wipeout? I don’t consider you to be one of the people that said it was offsite. If you are this person then inform me how you became familiar with this information?
