DW tender out every certification job and don't use the same one over and over (unlike Village). If I was a certifier and with the shit that has gone down at DW I would be extra attentive while approving any work at DW. The problem you get is the building is super, super & super old compared to today's standards. Nobody would've had a full understanding of what they were dealing with until the skin was removed. In hindsight it might have been easier and cheaper to bring out the bulldozer and start from scratch.

If the building planning was defective, for example. Firewalls not allowed for. Incorrect signage location. Non-compliant disability access. Shouldn’t the building certifier pick this up during the building approval process, before the building was built?

Parkz forum members are the first ones to shell out money to ride rivals backward. I don't know if it's true or not but DW has shown little care for Parkz forum members in the past.

The new GCCC pdonline system sux. If you found this within the building applications tab, it is approved. Applications are no longer loaded into this area until the plans are approved. It will now only show approved once construction is completed and the work has been signed off.

Magicians shows have been at DW before the I remember one that was a good show but if SV was going the extra entertainment it wouldn't be required right now. Not only is SV sitting empty but DW is having to try and fill the gap.
