“Kopps Road, Oxenford A report was recently completed on the timing of upgrade works to Kopps Rd (following residents requests last year - from both bicycle riders and motorists).” I don't believe this has anything to do with MW. My memory somebody was killed on Kopps Road a while ago and this report is about residence concerns. The local Gold Coast Member says this report was completed before MW wanted to build a carpark.

Feels like I just opened my Christmas present as a kid and got clothes. It would want to cheap because I took @reanimated35 advice and put it into google. I would think these days you would get better graphics. -
^That's right but the information they are getting for the hotel and lakeside precinct is not from MW. That information is from this website. MW will not be calling it a lakeside precinct. That news article was pretty much a cut & paste of the bulletin article. Bulletin often take information from Parkz. MW has not come out and talked about the hotel or lakeside precinct. If MW had released this information we would know where the lakeside precinct is located and what is in it. The location and what is it is only speculation at the moment. @pushbuttonWelcome back. There is a lot you have missed. Might I suggest you re-read every topic since you have been away.

The news article was about a conversation we were having on parkz.

Has the hotel been announced?

They just need to fix the kneecaps so the don't move around to the side of his leg. We might be in for a good read when Village release it's Annual Report this year.

@themagician I'm with you. The super golf has been announced already and that doesn't open to next year. Doomsday Destroyer was announced just before construction started. -

Yes, I did think there would be near misses with your legs. I don’t know anything about how the VR is delivered and haven’t been that interested before now in finding out. Will they need to put the ride into another maintenance period to set it up or is it a standalone system? What is the quality of the vision like? Some simulators I have ridden like The Simpsons Ride make skeet's tummy rumble a little. Does VR have this outcome? -

Never experienced VR on a ride before. it will be interesting and I can’t wait to try. I know on a few rides that I have ridden you find yourself bracing yourself before you hit a different element. This is especially true if I have never been on that ride before and you don’t know what to expect. I wonder if you haven’t ridden this ride before what the experience would feel like with your eyes covered and not knowing where you are on the track. Does anyone think the VR will include the track into the show or will you be in something like the bat car, freeballing? -
@AlexB I liked your chart. It made a lot of sense and that's why I said MW should use it. @Theme Park Girl I'm generous because I am excited with what you put on the table today. I have been annoying Richard for years to use his super powers to get us in. I am looking at dates right now but think I want to see SE too. Hopefully you do a trip report for us.

Yes, Superman if finally, back. I was anticipating a press releases about the new extensions at the same time.

@AlexB Great chart Alex, maybe MW should be using it to explain it to their guest. I agree with you it would be a very difficult year with all that is going on in the park. I have a question for you. Would you be upset with the park if they waited another year to paint superman? I wouldn’t be. MW are not only getting a new ride but a whole new themed area. MW are also getting Wild West Falls refurbished. I do agree the staff would be across all 3 rides. I think that would slow down the progress in itself. If they postponed too next year MW would have an extra ride running. The problem I have with it is MW is already a half day park as we have discussed before.

@RichardIs there a way to show existing rides only? It's ok, I just worked that part out. If I put in Australia it shows me everything. -

@downunderdo you have to go to every topic and speak shit? We are having a grownup poll here. Got nothing to add? I picked Scooby because it's a well-rounded ride. -
Thank you @Theme Park Girl for the photo. I don’t remember Superman being on the juice or could it be from pushing the train around the track for the last 11 years. @Slick I hope so. I can't hold this in much longer. I don't know how others do it. In relation to 2 major rides being down for such a long time at the same time is poor management. MW don’t have a that many rides to maintain in a year and should have shuffled things around to make it work. Overlapping downtime by a couple of weeks would have been ok.
