Well I haven't seen any ads up our way but why would they? The ride does look really good (looking at its plans) and I love how they've used the land around it to act as supports. With what the park has planed for the future, it's sure to become a really great park. Maybe even one of Australia's best water parks. Which would be good for any other parks wanting to set-up in Sydney.

Those supports seem like they won't move. They seem to be holding up that tree bit on the top which isn't connected to the main tower. I haven't seen it since then so I couldn't say if it's still there. But I would think it would be.

I don't like the metal supports at the back. It's a shame they didn't fine a way to hide them.

No Worries Richard. The picture is good. Is there any information on what the lines are like? I'm guessing they would be long because this is the park's only roller coaster and it's a one train. Also I would think because of the station's design, the loading time would be longer? Anyways, That's a guess. Can anyone tell me what they are like?

This picture is about a week old, but the Kids' Drop Tower looks very cheap.

Well It's no themeing looks better then Motocoaster's themeing.It looks better overall. And I didn't say it had no themeing. Just said they "haven't really themed it." Meaning very little. A little off-topic, but I must say Richard, your latest story on Surfrider (one word) is good but its picture on the front page is a little too big. That's just what I think. But I don't like having to scroll down so far to the other stuff.

Yep, I agree with you there. Even though they haven't really themed it, it still looks great. It's not a silly theme like the Motocaster, which in future will fade and look very cheap. (more cheap then it looks now)

Oh got you. I still feel it would be over kill and they should just do one lap to kill the lines.

They cannot run more then one lap because the two stations are inline. Meaning that there's no way of getting around the stations for the other train to travel around the track again. If they had one train, then they could run more then one lap. But I doubt they would, even though it would be cool.

Wow, I was hoping they were just testing it on that lower speed. This is bad, but there's nothing we can do about it.After all, Superman Escape didn't look as fast as it really is until I rode it for myself. - I just watched it again, and I do agree it's very slow. I didn't really look too hard when I watched it a few days ago until others commented on the slow speed on the last few turns.There's not much we can do. It's better then nothing I guess...

I feel that it won't be very thrilling, but I'm keeping an open mind. I'll be riding it Friday, and however "slow" it looks, I'll still be looking forward to it. Siting forward like that on the bikes will still be thrilling in itself.

Yeah, I agree with Gazza. Let's get some information for Superman Escape. I gotta ask something about Wild West, can you answer that? If so, here you go: At least three times I've gone on, and while going up the main lift, the lap-bar has come off. It's not just me, but also my friends. Why is this and what happens if it happens while we're on the drop?

Ah well, a small park like Aussie World, most of the workers would hear things. (less so in a big park like Dreamworld) Also, when I said that, it was when that fake ride operator was saying about Big Brother, which didn't really a ride operator would not have to deal with in his job, unlike new rides which people need training for. Also since then, I've learnt that some ride operators do listen to rumors, and most happen to not be true. But I've also learnt that in a few cases, they are right. So I guess I really just am more careful for anything I hear from people.

HAHA, Gazza I think that's the funnest thing I've seen on this site, ever! The coaster does seem somewhat boring, but I do think that they are testing a slowed launch, to see what happens. I guess only time will tell.
