In saying that, I've never seen the unloader do anything except tell you to get up and walk left. Then press a button to send the car to loading, while they should not be on the phone, it's not like they're holding anything up.

What size groups were they sending in?

Ok so I didn't get down there tonight as I still feel like shit. Re the ripper maze - scares? from what?! Clowns - I see they still haven't fixed the signs yet then. There's a couple of A frame signs which are white text on black backing and hardly stand out at all. Scooby - you queue around the side, then into a non-aircon corridor before going into the main switchback again. In saying that, I meant to ask this the other week, what's the Scooby Training Room? Is that just a generic training room for staff, training specifically for Scooby, or kind of how DW has that education room beside the fairy shop?

I've only ever seen them talk to each other when they're either waiting for people to sit down or waiting for the next car to arrive safely into the station to begin the loading. What do you want them to do in those instances? Physically pick people up and place them in a seat? Not say a word to anyone and just stand there bored? I've never seen the process delayed because staff were having a chat.

Really disappointed you missed the opportunity to say "let it go" here. Frozen does make the best sense as the next attraction, and why not Epcot? I might be wrong but Epcot seems to be more of an educational park that probably won't hold much interest for many young people. I would then assume that attendance is lower than the other local parks. By sticking Frozen in there, that's going to drive a massive attendance boost resulting in people who wouldn't normally visit the park taking the time to visit and most likely looking at the other attractions as well.

It's probably obvious, but looking at this I'd say it was taken from around here. As for the 2nd shot, not certain but Isn't that the function room near the main monorail station?

Yeah, 1-4 in station, #5 has the camera, #6 is on track but out of shot and #7 is in the maint bay. The abrupt stopping (cause for much laughter at fright night) is due to stacking in the station. From observations on Saturday night, 99% of that time is due to the guests, not the staff. Sure they could walk a bit quicker but most of it was people dicking around trying to put stuff in their little box thing or trying to work out how to use the restraints.
