  1. Thanks for that joz, should help out. Going down tomorrow, thinking of rocking up at around 9 so we can get in when it opens.
  2. Heyo, I'm heading to wet n wild this week for the first time in 9 years and it seems real busy down there. Any of you visit the park enough to suggest which slides to head to first to avoid huge lines?
  3. I reckon it could use some more flat rides. Something like a Screaming Swing would be cool.
  4. Well, I know where I'm going to be on opening day. And the day after that. And the next day.
  5. Good! Have you actually been to witness how bad Luna Park really is? And Sydney is Australia's most populated city, it gets the most tourism, and it's in good location of all Australia's other major cities compared to anywhere in WA, I'm pretty sure that would be the sensible solution.
  6. Tell them to go to one of those indoor playlands. I'm perfectly happy with more coasters. In fact, Sea World could do with a nice addition.
  7. They've done a little more than that. And also Dollywood's new ride:
  8. Thanks. I still don't know what to do with the booths. I'll see what the logo looks like once it's made. Here's a sunrise pic
  9. ^I never bother with construction pics, too much work ;D So as the summer of 1986 begins, work continues on main street. 3 buildings have now gone up, although I'm not quite sure what's inside for now. The 3 complete buildings. The planters are spread with beautiful coloured flowers. Looks like a new roof has gone up on the turnstyle building. The park awaits its new signs to stand proud at the entrance. That wraps up today's update! Cya soon!
  10. Thanks. I've noticed that, and I'm trying to get a custom scenery version of the sign without the tacky white background I can use. Hopefully it will look a lot better.
  11. So, me and a few others have started an rct3 park. It's hopefully going to be a very large and ongoing project. I was wondering if you guys would want full, story outlined updates or just random pictures? Let me know, here's the story. The year is 1986. A company named KTT Entertainment has purchased over 200 acres of land just outside of Muskegon, MI. Located off of the Highway 31, the park named "Great Lake Theme Park" is planned to be one of the country's leading amusement parks. Hey guys, I was just doing some snooping around, and I found out that they're in the process on building a new park just outside of Muskegon, only about 15 minutes from where I live! Hopefully this new park will provide some decent competition for the nearby Deer Park Funland. I'll try my best to keep you guys updated! A look at the ticket booths for the park, with the turnstyle building just behind it. Construction has officially begun on the other side of the turnstyle building. Park goers will be engulfed in rich foliage and an enchanting main street. I'm really excited! I've heard rumours that the park will open sometime in 1988. I still don't know what this park will be home to though, or what will make it so special. I'm hoping for a looping rollercoaster. It'd be great to have one so close to home. Catch you later! So, anyone interested? You want more like that? Just the pics? Or should I not bother? -Keegs
  12. Unless it's a B&M I don't care for it. Jokes. But still, there isn't much that's going to make me change my mind, because right now out of DW and MW, I'm definitely going to MW. Buzzsaw is the only thing that's new since my last visit, so that's not going to make me rush there. And no, we're not going to both :/
  13. I'll have to check when I get home, I don't think so though. I do have a hell of a lot of ground pics though But with this new park I'm planning, it's going to blow that^ out of the water. EDIT: Found one
  14. Ehh. I'm guessing you're not that interested then. I was going to ask if you'd be interested if I posted a thread for the park. I'm not a n00b, like I appear to be. Here's my last park I made (which got so big, It became corrupt). Shame, I was really getting attached to it. Think of it as a little recreation of Wonderland Sydney, with my own ideas. It has a large out and back woody, a recreation of Demon, and a Corkscrew coaster. Oh, and a log flume themed in an abandoned mine.
  15. Hey guys. I'm in the process of planning a park in rct3, and I designed a logo. So, what do you think?
  16. Well, I went to Luna Park Sydney some time in the past year, don't remember when. Maybe December. But it sucked anyway. Other than that, last theme park I went to was Dreamworld/WWW when at the end of 2009. Those were 2 good days.
  17. I feel like I'm playing spot the difference with those last two shots Looks really awesome, and steep. Anyone know when it opens? And when exactly the new seats for LW will be ready? I want to plan my trip to get a ride on everything
  18. Dreamworld back in '09, I waited half an hour for the Giant Drop, then they told us it was going to be closed for another half hour. We were still way back in the line, so we left and went to WWW for a bit. Came back, waited another hour and a half, and finally rode it. Shortest was on the same day. It was after the park's closing time, so we went over to ToT, where we got straight on. The person next to me said they had waited for hours that day and never got to ride it.
