^agreed The HWSW revamp wasn't really too marketable (sure, it was a 'new' area, but a lot of the GP saw through it), but adding VR to a MDMC train change could make it marketable as a big revamp. In other news, I just witnessed someone on MW's facebook page call GL the Green Arrow coaster...

I don't really like the idea of VR on JL... a bit pointless seeing they spent all the money on the animatronics and everything. Plus it would be a pain to get the guns working with the headsets. I could see it on GL or Arkham definitely. MDMC is a good option for DW, HWSW could work too (it would be interesting incorporating the loops with the racetrack reality).

I did notice he was getting very big very quickly the other day. Other guests finding him scary is rubbish... if you're going to a park with tigers taking up a main portion of it you'd expect to see tigers around the park. Don't go to the park if you're scared of tigers. And they're cute and cuddly not scary anyway.

DW has two launched coasters... wait no it doesn't. It has one launched coaster and one tried-to-be-coaster-but-doesn't-deserved-to-be-called-one

I wonder how many Gs that thing pulls... definitely is moving faster than I expected so I'd assume it'll have some pretty good forces.

The park felt quiet, but most queues were still rather long, around 30 minutes for most attractions, 45 for ToT and Buzzsaw. The two guys operating HWSW were hilarious today. "Please make sure you remove all loose items including hats, bags, phones, pokeballs and tiger cubs" "Once again, make sure your phones are out of your pockets because there are no pokemon to catch on the ride" "Enjoy the rest of your day at Dreamworld, where there are so many worlds in one... and pokemon"

Are the parks quiet now that the school holidays have finished (right?) I'll probably head down to DW today for a few hours.

The carpark looks good, lots of trees and stuff, especially for a theme park car park.

Well not really that, but the ride is the keypiece of the new area and should stick out more.

Yeah, but it could've been nicer around the back of the ride, a bit more less obvious. And by the look of things the sign is going to be covering it up even more.

A bit sad to see the ride shielded by that booth, it would've looked a lot more majestic with it more in the open.

Even Andrew had the sensibility to go into a SBNO coaster instead of an operating one that could hit you at high speed... oh well if there are reports on the news tonight of people being struck by a HWSW train I won't be feeling sorry for them.

Yeah a lot of US parks do that, but would you expect one of our aussie parks to fork out money for that?
