@Gold Coast Amusement Force the lift hill isn’t done yet either???

Why do they only have the wedgie operating for an hour? Why not do the usual 1 or 2 hour on, 1 or 2 hours off?

It was great to see an almost full carpark all weekend at Dreamworld. And WWW appeared to have some reasonable queues too

Comparing the old and new WWF signs. They’ve unfortunately gone for a flat, printed new sign. But in good news, the ride reopened today

I never realised this. Did Dreamworld seriously replace a meet and greet location with two iPads?

The Giant Drop has reopened

That would be a very cool idea, but with the state of the park right now, it probably isn’t a good idea to remind people of how much was there compared to now

WnW has returned to 7 day operation for the holidays, but their maintenance situation has got worse. No closed attractions have a reopening date, the River Rapids are also now closed until further notice and the Aqualoop goes into maintenance in a couple weeks. If nothing opens soon, that will leave the Aqua Racer, Constrictor, Junior area and Wave Pool. At that point it really isn’t worth them being open until things are ready to go. Especially when they are still charging full price, no one is wanting to go

What sucks most about DWs dead ends, between Main Street and what’s left of Corroboree, there is nothing. There is Giant Drop, but that’s closed. It’s a long walk to get back there and when you do, there’s not much left right now. From Main Street to the back corner of Corroboree it’a almost 900 metres return

How are they covering up/fencing off the Big Red Car, Flowrider and the rest of Corroboree?

But at least WWW has everything open

And Vortex is confirmed to open this December

And I imagine it was the same reason why they had to remove Supermans too. Both were such simple effects, but really added to the experience. They also had the same for Surfrider and possibly Jet Rescue too. I think VRTP went through a mist stage

In regards to Batwing, someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember there were smoke coming out front underneath riders during the count down? When did this stop?
