With the global situation happening, how much do people think this will effect the coaster and its opening timeframe?

I didn’t even realise it had closed, when did this happen? Is the building still there? Im not surprised it has shut because the only attraction along that path is BuzzSaw and it has been closed a lot lately. Maybe when the new coaster opens the store will reopen

It would be nice if they did remove the track from the entire tower, but for money reasons, I can’t see them doing so at this stage

I think they will leave the track directly fixed too the tower because there’s not really a need to. Great to see they have already begun removing it as they said they would around this time

Was talking to some staff this morning and they can’t believe the parks are open either. Half the parks are shut, over half of shifts have been cancelled too

They say business as usual, but they have reduced hours and over half of WnW attractions are closed. And quite a few of MWs are closed too. I do suppose in some instances for VRTP that is business as usual. But really it isn’t and if they are going to make these decisions, they may as well close

So why not just close for the time being. When half the park is closed, people won’t want to be paying full price anyways

From the 18th all of H2O Zone is closed as well as mammoth falls Parts of Castaway Bay are closed And maintenances heavily extended at this point they should seriously just close. Because nearly all of WnW is closed and 5 major attractions at MW are closed Id expect us to see DW announce changes tomorrow too

When I briefly visited yesterday you can tell that it is effecting the parks. @Adventures With JWorld you were there too so feel free to provide your thoughts on this. It was Friday, but I’ve been on that day before and they’ve been much busier. Queue wait times were very low and there was only one tourist group in the whole park. The rest seemed to be locals or inter-state guests I am surprised they haven’t decided to close for the rest of the month like Disney and Universal. If the big guys are doing it, even if they haven’t directly been impacted yet, then our parks should do too. Even if it is just for the 2 weeks.

Calypso Bay is currently closed until further notice

They have also added new speakers on the floor which are very loud. And they have also completely updated the footage that is shown on the screen too

Intencity is now Fun House but appears to be permanently closed You’d think after a decade they would update this signage AA is still closed and no sign of activity
