  1. I mean if they continue small things like these, eventually Dreamworld will have a better collective park in terms of experience and atmosphere at least..
  2. The hut from the original show they were using in the news segment. But yes I was. 7 posted the article on facebook and it has got a lot of attention and positive feedback.
  3. From tpsn BUSHRANGER SHOW RETURNING TO DREAMWORLD The infamous Bushranger show which used to be experienced while riding the Captain Sturt paddle steamer will be making a return to Dreamworld. The show is likely to have some differences and this time the Bushrangers will wreak havoc on the Dreamworld Express. This will be an ongoing addition to the park and will be commencing soon.
  4. I honestly think during these "maintenance" periods, they do nothing with the ride for a large amount of the time it's down.
  5. It’s such a good ride though and would be missed a lot by the general public. But I mean if they have to spend this much time on maintenance just for it to have problems all the time than maybe they need to get rid of it. @Roachie do you know if they would still offer this overhaul
  6. Yeah, RIP was shut for August at least. And everyone knows it's always had a history of problems, just restating stuff.
  7. I don’t know and if you read my post, I said it keeps being delayed so it most likely won’t open in 3 days
  8. Is TOT shut for good, the amount of time they have pushed back the maintenance by a couple days only to do it for months is ridiculous. I honestly feel like DW are ripping off customers by knowing it isn't going to reopen but making it seem like it will reopen within a week. The ride has been shut for a good couple of months now..
  9. Not really, WWW already have a lazy river so unless WWW are planning to add a Gold Coast first slide that has an appeal big enough for people to visit WWW than WNW will most likely continue to dominate the teen market. However I think WWW is more attractive to the family market.
  10. So are they going to do anything to the exterior of the gift shop...
  11. There is still a section on Dreamworlds website called Jelly Belly but it mentions nothing about the store. The tab however when you open the Jelly Belly section is labbeled Jelly Belly Store...
  12. Afterpay is only avaliable for season passes, not single, 3 or 7 day passes and annual passes. Just thought I'd mention because I've seen a lot of people complaing on facebook about it. Dreamworld said they are planning to realse all tickets on afterpay.
  13. I think you can compare it to the lego convention thing Dreamworld are having, it doesn't appeal to everyone and intrest everyone but it is still a draw card for a large fan base.
  14. I mean, they've got a WWW expansion for 2019, a dark ride and IRide coming which to me shows their commitment to the future of the park. The new Sea World ride seems to have been in planning for a while and is just being pushed back.
