  1. Wow thank you so much for all the detailed info, this is incredibly helpful! Lotte World definitely sounds like a must-do. I actually came across a guide about visiting Seoul that had some similar advice https://gowithguide.com/blog/seoul-tourism-statistics-2023-the-ultimate-guide-5535 I'm surprised to hear you say the ice skating is worth checking out too. Good to know about timing Atlantis - I'll be sure to make a beeline there first thing. Also great tip about taking the City Airport route back, I'll have to see if my airline works with that. Really appreciate you taking the time to give such a thorough rundown.
  2. Thanks for the heads up about T Express, I'll have to keep that in mind with my planning. Do you know if any of the other major parks like Lotte World typically do a lot of ride maintenance in the spring too? Also, as someone who wants to visit SK and Japan theme parks someday, any tips on getting the best value on park tickets or hotel packages? Always looking for ways to maximize my budget on these trips!
  3. I'm starting to plan a trip to South Korea next year and had some questions for anyone who's been. It looks like they've got some great parks like Everland and Lotte World. For those who've visited, any recommendations on must-do parks or rides? Also, any tips on getting park tickets or using the transportation systems would be appreciated. I'm also curious about the best way to visit the different areas of the country. Anyway, looking forward to checking out the parks there. Let me know if you have any other South Korea theme park advice!
  4. Regarding the Polar Express model, I agree it's a bit puzzling to see it in the villains area instead of the Wild West area. Maybe there's a specific reason behind it, or it could be a temporary arrangement. And as for the parade, it's true that using a parade float in the parade itself sounds like the logical thing to do! But hey, sometimes things don't always go according to plan.
  5. Sounds like things are coming along nicely with the new signage and queue house installation. Fingers crossed it'll be ready for summer - the park could definitely use a new lift to help spread crowds out. Are the fountains under the floor going to be programmed with lights or effects at all? That could help tie it in visually. Overall it seems like a fun new addition, even if the floor piece will take some getting used to!
  6. Any idea what the timeline looks like these days? Hoping it'll be ready by summer - feel like the park could use another good flat ride. And lol on the comments about upside down seating pits - you guys always crack me up. Gotta appreciate the GD talk too. That drop is no joke!
  7. That December timeline makes sense given they're still adding elements.
  8. That's a good point about adding more shade structures and places for parents to sit. A tall metal "tree" does sound like a cool idea to help add some shelter and really help transport visitors to Kenny's forest world. Do you think putting in more greenery throughout would help with the theming too? Even just some potted plants or hanging vines could help set the scene. It would be great if they really go all out to finish making it feel like a fully immersive land.
  9. Looks like they're slowly adding more theming to the Kenny attractions, which is nice to see. I'm curious though, do you think Dreamworld is better off taking their time to add more immersive theming rather than rushing rides open? Seems like it could improve the experience long term if the area really feels like Kenny's world.
