Hi All, Saw this pop up on my feed - I saw it on the page "Lost Amusement Parks of Australia" but was originally posted by "AUSNZ Coaster Mates". Interesting to hear that it was operational in 2017, but as suspected the theming wasn't up to code.4 points

I hope SW adds a conservation message saying that their decision to use re-usable fencing modules is a more sustainable choice, since those fence units can last for years and years and be used from project to project. đ (compared to cutting up, painting plywood etc, only to throw it in the skip at the end)4 points

Bit mind-blowing to think that a year prior he was one of the people in the gun for an old, self-engineered ride having killed people; and then a year later he's practicing necromancy on something like EMMR, and that a year later he'd be getting grilled at an inquest by the Coroner...3 points

Credit where it's due - this is perfectly suited to sea world and still ride generic so can be reused - its a lot better than the green green grass. (damn that's an earwig right now) I still detest this temporary fence system as tacky.3 points

They are also, as pointed out, temporary. If the fence line needs to move frequently to allow safe passage / adjust guest flow / works move/change, a fence like what DW has wouldn't be appropriate. This is just a possible reason, not the reason. I have no hard feelings against the fences themselves, I hate the concrete feet that stick out and are a tripping hazard in crowds. Oh and the banging noise they make when people hit them or its windy.2 points

Itâs a bit misleading to have âLeviathan Ride It Nowâ in bold letters as the first thing you see when you open up seaworlds website, only for the ride too be under Planned maintenance. I get it for unplanned maintenance. But when you know your main attraction is supposed too not be open, donât make it seem like it is open on your website.2 points
