You don't need a master plan to build a slide or a roller coaster. You stick them wherever you want. Also known as, .............MDMC.............     Sorry to disappoint you but I have no sources. I don't know one person that works at a theme park and I don't jump on Facebook asking parks if they have a master plan.

    Now I'm starting to think you're trolling or can't read. “All amusement rides and equipment have been thoroughly inspected" To put it in perspective every ride for the Ekka was inspected and approved to open under the new Workplace Health and Safety Queensland regulations while SV remains closed.
