    Village have some of the worst operations in the world Dapto. There is no sugar coating it. If you need to give a staff member instructions after every load, they are probably not cut out for the job.

    Sydney was a flop. (Don't even know why you would bring that up in defence) Cade's County was already a successful water park and all Village need to do is occasionally upgrade the fleet and change the oil. Probably the worst attempt of a mic drop. (you are on here everyday with ideas & thoughts)🤦‍♂️ The truth is, this isn't about your guy. I want somebody that can give WWW 100% attention, something you can't do if you're also running DW.

    Lucky MW aren't loading the cars then. Worst thing about these attractions is when you get large groups and each person wants their own car. I'm interested how the accessibility cars will work. Will they work like space mountain or are they loaded on the main track because loading accessibility cars, could have a massive impact on getting cars out.

    I'm happy the electric motors went out the window but hopefully they have enough cars to cover the guest who want to ride this. This ride could end up with crazy wait times.

    Greg's said water parks are extremely hard to run. (work differently to a theme park) So you get somebody in who knows how to successfully run a water park. You give that person the keys and they can 100% focus on the park. If you need to add a power point to your home you call a electrician in to and you don't do it yourself. You don't tell the electrician how to wire the power point. They have put WWW on life support.
