    @Brad2912 After everything I said, I still think you're close to the mark. Even for some reason the building process caused the rust, as a rider I would hope an operator of a ride could pick this stuff up.

    Slow down @Brad2912 this is the manufacturer findings and not the official findings. I don't think any company is going to put their hand up and say we are at fault or partly at fault.

    On a two-rail coaster, all the components that get the coaster moving and stopped normally sit between the two rails. I will be interested to see how the have overcome this issue with a single rail.

    Interesting the first coaster is to be built at a Six Flags considering these coasters are designed for small parks. I suspect Six Flags get a good deal when installing a porotype ride from RMC. What better what to advertise a ride then get it into a Six Flags.

    I'm more interested in her photo of the top of the lift hill. I always thought on the original Mack Hyper was lacking a gangway for maintaining the chain return and it looks to be rectified on this one.
