  1. What current news sites area saying. A review of service bulletins issued by the Netherlands company that manufactures the Fire Ball thrill ride found "structural fatigue, "cracking" and weakened welds during past inspections in other parts of the ride. Officials say they do not know what caused the ride to break apart, but speculation from investigators mounts that the Dutch-built ride from respected thrill ride manufacturer, KMG, failed due to a catastrophic structural failure from sources that may include internal rusting and poor design around a weld-joint that tore off the 4-person bench, during peak G-force in the swing arc. The weld join in question was re-designed on later models with a bolt plate, however, this particular ride, was one of the older KMG makes, manufactured in 1998. KMG have subsequently issued a worldwide order to cease operation of all KMG Fireballs.
  2. Most people think I drink a lot of Kool-Aid. Interesting spread for somebody who has just posted 2 photos. 3 people like it 1 person thinks it's funny 2 think his drinking Kool-Aid
  3. How can you use Kool-Aid correctly? Surely, it's not a serious reaction.
  4. I'm sorry @AlexB but I'm not giving anybody a love hart. I have a reputation to uphold. Oh no!
  5. It's ok @Reanimated35 I have been told he is a team player. Kool-Aid for everyone.
  6. @AlexB gets the first kool-aid.
  7. Originally, I was against the downvote system but now I love it. Removing it totally is soft and if it needed to be removed, I would have changed it to thumbs down.
  8. Time to knock @Reanimated35 off the top of the leader board.
  9. Fire Ball manufacturer orders rides be shut down worldwide The ride's Dutch manufacturer told operators of the same attraction at fairs and festivals around the world to stop using it until more is learned about what caused the malfunction. Fire Ball manufacturer orders rides be shut down worldwide. ABC News reports during Action News at 4 p.m. on July 27, 2017. (WPVI) @HussRainbow87 do you know if it's all models including the XXL model or just the model that was involved in the accident?
  10. Don’t forget this could have nothing to do with the operators of the ride. It could be a design fault. (cough cough GL).
  11. I'm voting for Dr. Gary H. Weiss because he has the best hairstyle of them all.
  12. Did the Wipeout ever fully operate since last year. Didn't it open for only 2 weeks and close again?
  13. A full assemble might not happen thou. Rivals has the same maintenance access door as Star Trek and those cars were loaded in separately. If anything, I think MW will line one train up to shoot the TVC but not actually join the trains together. The train would be hard to move around as a fully assembled train.
  14. Ardent's latest plea to shareholder why not to vote. I've only attached what involves DW. Increase in Theme Parks Attendance Ardent has stated that the Dreamworld recovery will take two years and continues to support this recovery with an event and capital investment program; Sale of Potential Surplus Land at Coomera: Ardent has previously announced a review of the Dreamworld Master Plan to identify potential opportunities for unlocking value; and Ardent's says before the vote they will issue a detailed report. I’m not holding my breath but hopefully it will show the direction Ardent will take DW.
  15. I thought as per Greg's last update the trains were going to stay in the compound so we could see them getting assembled.
  16. @AlexB Makes me want to go to India. Not
  17. I remember seeing something like this somewhere, a while ago.
  18. I'm thinking the new Log Ride will be 100% VR and have no water at all.
  19. TPSN Have photos of the removal of the system that stopped the logs at the station.
