    Unfortunately, that is the finished goods. The whole area is hit and miss and worst part of it is the best themed area that you want to take in, SW rushes you past.

    SW had the extra pressure because they were so behind in getting this thing open. Histoy tells us the 2nd of December is a strange date to open a new ride on the GC. (my thoughts is it should have opened boxing day) I personally don't care about the issues it is having as I can drop in any day I want, but what I did observe is security standing with with SW staff who were telling people the ride wasn't going and people fighting in the queue.

    That's not how the real world works. You set a date and you work towards it. Things like advertising take many months to get into place.

    That's why you have soft openings. It may not be SW fault it has issues but SW knew the issues would happen.

    Rivals had a soft opening with a sign indicating what was going on. Nobody in the queue was bitching because the ride didn't open to 12. MW didn't raise people's expectations that they would get a turn.

    It was great to see dockside open. Sort out the issues the new riders are having and SW will get a lot of love.

    Today reinforced why I don't like people. People fighting in the queue. People pulling at the plastic plants. Me telling parents to stop their kids from picking up rocks from the fountains and throwing them at the silver scales.

    My thoughts because it was having issues they shut it down to get it ready for tonight corporate Christmas party.

    Pretty embarrassing day for SW. Lev closed at 12 but before that 1 in 3 trains sent empty because of problems. Trident not open at all and Vortex didn't open to 3:30pm. This is why you have soft openings.

    It is going to be down all weekend now, so I'll probably drop in during the week, at lunchtime, so I can get both rides in.

    Thank you @Tricoart Your photo shows a parked empty train and people still not ready to be loaded. I hope this is day 1 issues.

    @Tricoart If you are up towards the front of the train, do you walk halfway down the train to store loose items or is there bins up the front too?

    I can't see it from the photos, but I hope the roof sheeting at the bottom of the pit is fixed down. That has Final Destination all over it.😬

    I agree. But that is not what is happening. Are MW staff allowed to dispatch the train before the 1st train has returned? The reason I mentioned it was the brakes making it take longer is because every time I’ve ridden ST. DW also haven’t cleared the station before the other train returns. Are the parks working off, the trains need to be reloaded by the time the other train returns to the final brake run? Another question because I can’t remember on Rivals. Does the train come to a complete stop if MW is running one train? Some coasters do this no matter how many trains are on track.

    I agree. Not all kids are the same, so as a parent you make that decision on your individual child. What is a little strange is at MW they call Scooby "indoor wild mouse coaster - Moderate thrill level" SW they call Leviathan "Family Ride - Max thrill level" If you go by the way MW do it Leviathan should be called "Wooden Coaster - Max thrill level"🤷‍♀️
