  1. Haha! That's funny. Anyways... I now have my Halloween tickets. Yeah I know it's overpriced but hey, I enjoyed it last year and I'm sure it will be just as, if not more, fun this year. New maze! I just hope it's not a lame attempt at one. I won't be happy of that's the case. Alex - any photography tips for the event? All I know is not to use a flash. And then there's the basic shutter speeds, aperture, etc. Any special tips from a 'pro'?
  2. I hope they retheme the BatWing side of the building and move a cafe in the Batman area. Then that would enable the Gotham City Cafe area to be free for a new theming area.
  3. Hmmm... do you know if the store is getting a revamp or just closed for money saving?
  4. ^ I know aye! Great viewing there. I hear Google are getting ready to buy the page. Lucky me!
  5. Yes, those are the pieces for the soon-to-be released Superman: Escape 2 coaster at Movie World. Shhh... Don't tell anyone.
  6. I know - I am going to take a stab and say something is going to happen in that last part.
  7. I went yesterday and there was no fog to be seen. The main room also had most of the lasers not operating. As for the last room, EVERYTHING was off. Including Scooby.
  8. Well, if that's the case, why would it be at the back and to the right hand side? I mean, where Kids' WB! is, there's already a wall just a few metres shorter.
  9. I thought the bit about it going both ways was very funny. The ground doesn't really like like it's going to be water, does it?
  10. I went in today and spoke to a few staff members, and the walls are there to stay. Also, the walls are on every side of it, even at the back, so they're not just there to hide things out. I'm guessing noise. Don't forget, they're bolted into place so there's no way they can just remove them after the thing is built. I have pictures if anyone wants to see.
  11. Ah ok then. How long are the ride cycles? Do the lines go down pretty quickly?
  12. Ah ok - Isn't it damn silly that WVTP don't invite websites. Do big sites like GoldCoast.com.au get invites, does anyone know?
  13. Was the media call and annual pass holder preview incorporated into the same event? In any case, did Parkz get an invite?
  14. Just so you know, MDMC has two separate load/unload areas. As for water, wouldn't we have seen some kind of ground work already starting? I mean, the ground level is not dug deeper in the main area, although up the back (where the rocks are) does seem atad lower. IMO it looks like the rocks will be the only theming up there. I don't know... only time will tell I guess.
  15. Hmm... I still believe the walls are there to stay. Even if there's going to be no roof. Firstly, why pay someone to redraw a park map with the walls in place when you can just white out the area? And the walls aren't just placed on the map, but they are drawn with such detail, which leads me to believe they are here to stay. Just my 2 cents...
  16. What's so secretive about the site? I mean, seriously, I can see in just fine with the cutouts in the walls.
  17. IMO, the roof is too damn low and it will just look silly. I do hope they do re-theme around where the train was - it would look good.
  18. Went to Movie World today. Take a look at the map.
  19. I think the newer paint job is would be more well known.
