  1. From the looks of it though, it seems it is just the volcanos that are being demolished. I would be surprised if they removed the show building entirely (remember the permit from a couple of months ago suggesting the interior would be demolished but not necessarily the whole building?).
  2. http://pdonline.gold...pper&key=185151 (you'll need to click on the link, click accept and then click on this link again). Basically it says the lapse/completion date is October 16, 2014. I personally expect a September 2013 opening for the water coaster.
  3. Just in case there was any doubt that this would be a Mack water coaster, RCDB have now listed it as such. Normally they would only list things when it has been announced by the park or track has arrived on site.
  4. http://web.archive.o..._main_page.html This it?
  5. I doubt it given the construction photos uploaded by dodge on the previous page. Sounded more like a Rockin' Tug to me.
  6. Even if it is a Sky Fly, why specifically the TMNT model? Isn't that identical to Flying Ninjago, the only other Sky Fly in existence?
  7. Some updates... 1. An animation for Outlaw Run has been released: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRW3k-EEXGA 2. Transformers: The Ride is going to Universal Studios Florida with construction already well underway with an opening scheduled for the middle of next year. 3. Knott's Berry Farm is adding a couple of new rides next year. Details are here. Unfortunately for Knotts fans the headliner is a wild mouse not the long-rumoured giga.
  8. There is only an entry for each park. The "World Pass Entry" that you are referring to is an internal gate for use once you are inside either park. With any world pass you should be able to approach either Dreamworld or WhiteWater World's main entry and get in.
  9. There's already been a bit of discussion about Wet'n'Wild Las Vegas
  10. Despite what is pictured in the video, the official website seems to indicate otherwise:
  11. Sudden Impact were involved with the Saw and Nightmare on Elm Street mazes for the 2009 event but I am pretty sure everything else has been handled in-house.
  12. Technically Cloverleaf is ProSlide technology so it would be extremely unlikely that it would be on a WhiteWater West ride. The raft will most likely be like that below.
  13. Wet'n'Wild has been downsizing the Dive 'n' Movies for years so I am not particularly surprised its been removed. I recall a fair few years ago now (around the time when Terror Canyon was still operating), the movies would be run every Saturday from September through to April with them running every night in the peak summer period. If I remember correctly, they only ran them for a couple of weeks last year.
  14. Based on the shape of the site, I doubt a conveyor would fit. You'd have to cut over the body slides and somehow through the ziplines. Also, correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Terror Canyon have a separate path to the body slides anyway? I believe you can see remnants of it running alongside the body slides' path near the top of the hill in the image below.
  15. From the official website's ticketing tab: The Herald Sun has reported that annual passes would be for sale from $79.99.
  16. Further to my last post: [*]it seems the investment in the park has gone from $80 million to $115 million [*]the Skycoaster I mentioned will be a double Skycoaster and will be the world's tallest which would place it 90m+ high [*]there is also a FlowRider
  17. That video appears to show a lot more than what was originally in the plans. There looks to be a Skycoaster; Wet'n'Wild Jr-style area; a cross between a ProSlide Octopus and Kraken Racer; four AquaLoops instead of two, a standard Boomerango, a Bowling Alley and a Tantrum as well as some extra stuff which was in the original plans. Hopefully things like the Dueling Master Blasters are still in their final plans.
  18. The information is now on the full website - http://movieworld.myfun.com.au/fright-nights.aspx . Except the dates, it is the same information that was on the development site for the past week or so. http://movieworld.my...ght-nights.aspx
  19. Six Flags have just announced all their stuff for 2013. All the attractions are listed at http://content.sixflags.com/newfor2013. Highlights would probably include Full Throttle and Iron Rattler.
  20. Overnight, California's Great America announced Gold Striker, a GCI woodie... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3doDAoOtMsU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJlkI-XH46I
  21. Sorry for not mentioning that. Some more photos of it are available here as well as an edited POV
  22. A Family Constrictor that opened recently overseas features these rafts... ...so more like Mammoth Falls.
